Lebanon was always a democracy

Reuters published an interesting analysis essay regarding what happened to Lebanon from a victory to Hezollah and allies , describing it as another blow to Bush administration,it is very interesting but I want to clear something because I hate this wrong information
Here is the link : http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/B599715.htm { Sorry I am trying the Blog it application from Facebook}
G.W Bush did not bring democracy to Lebanon , Lebanon was ,is and will be always a democratic country , their elections were always democratic so it is not an achievement for Bush .
The achievement which can be considered an achievement or a victory to Bush is when the Syria were out of Lebanon thanks to the people's anger.
For the record the Syrians came to Lebanon by the request of the American , this is a historical fact.
Already if Bush thinks that his allies are the perfect example of his kind of democracy : Corrupted Personalities :Saniora, ex-war princes: Jomblatt,Gaegae and Gumayel are few to be named and spoiled brut who lived his life outside Beirut and who believes Lebanon is only Beirut : Saad El-Hariri

  1. Lebanon WAS NEVER A DEMOCRACY -------when pecmeile back room deals are made to divvy up the branches of government by ethic group....ie the president IS ALWAYS MARONITE, THE PM SUNI AND THE SPEAKER OF PARLIAMENT SHIAA------AND NONE ARE INTERCHANGEABLE SUCH A GOVERNMENT IS NOT DEMOCRATIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's just a patina to keep a FAILED STATE together... there's no surprise that this failed model was chosen for Iraq.

DOWN WITH THE FAILED STATE OF LEBANON!!!!

  2. God , what you are saying is not only totally wrong, it defies common sesne the same way flies and flying cockroashes challenge gravitational fields!

The Iranian client Nasarallh believes in Welayait Faquih- a fanatic starnge Iranian doctrine which calls for bringing on war and blood so as to invoke the " Hidden Mhadi" to arrive and spread justice throughout earth. The fact that Nasarallh beleives in welayit Faqueeh means that he is a toal subordinate of the MONKEY ALI-KHAMEINI.

Hence, It seems to me that Iran wants to flex its muscles in the region a little bit so as to gain more footage in its negotiations with the Americans over killing Iraqis and sharing the turfs of the torn Iraq.

Hisbollah brought on the total destruction of Lebanon, further entrenched secatarian division, and invited foreign troops into Lebanon by its uncalled for attack on Israel. I say uncalled for because Lebanmon has no occupied territories except for a very small farmland. And of course an attack like that could have never liberated it by force. On the contrary, the outcome was having more parts of Lebanon occupied. But anyway, Nasarallh's blind obedience of the MONKEY ALI-KHAEMINI had perfectly fitted into the role drawn up for Hisbollah on the THE AGENDA OF THE DIRTY TERORRIST CRIMINAL IRAN RULED BY THE TERRORIST BLOODY BABOONS- NAJAD, KHAMEINI AND KHATEMI.

Now it seems that Iran wants an independent pro-Iran state in the south.

It is unbvelievable that in a soveriegn country, which used to be the Switzerland of the Middle-East, some secatarian faction that is totally subordinate to a dirty terrorist country like Iran, installs cameras and communication networks, run by bloody terrorist Iranians, exclusive for itself inside an independent country.

What is worse, Iran has given the orders to its clients to use force against the stae, if it tries to practice its legitmate authorities over the capital air port!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now think with me what do the Baboons in Qum-Najad, Khameni and Khatemi want!???

I will give you nickle, once you have figured out.

Hey, by the way. Watch what the former secretary general of Hisbollah had to say about Nasarallh and his relation with the terrorist treacherous ZOROASTAR Iran:

  3. LEBANON, a Democracy or not...one issue no person lived there for the last 4 decades or so from 1930-1975 , can not deny that LEBANON was a United Nations itself ,even before the WORLD s.. U.N.. was established in and that skyscraper built in New York city,...inhabitants of Lebanon lived side by side in sheer harmony, even though were under foreign rules,it never lost that Bro.-Sisterhood ,and never,,WILL!! Lebanon , small in size 10.000K.M2,but limitless in its open hearted-ness for all ,of ANY Background or Religious belongings...even though we had our ups/downs.diffrences of views/opinions ,between now & then ,but still hospitability and devotion s for one another never stained as its reputation being renowned GATEWAY to Eastern countries!!..I do remember in our building we had families of SUNNI MOSLEMS/SHIAAs too/Armenians,as us/the landlord was A DURZI,all those in a house of 7 flats.. i witnessed in much higher buildings Many other sects/nationalities/minorities too lived side by side, and as a family. we had JEW FRIENDS/Neighbours such as MS.Denise/NINA/ESTHER /WASSIM/NISSO..shared our Christmas/new year JOYS, some Jew neighbours asked us to lit their gas ovens/switch on the lights on their Sabbaths(Saturdays?)this was in ALEY ,A summer resort in Lebanon s SHOOFF s mountains ,every year & for 3 months for our Holidays, One found it hard to sleep late nights by the noises of backgammon players made with their dices and play-stones on the wooden restaurant tables, Armenians/Arabs/Greeks/Jews/Druzes..others too playing games..or walking on the main road ,length almost 300 meters,..but jammed in the nights..due to all the recreation venues such as Casino TANIOS/SHAHIN Aley...4-5 cinema theatres..cramped restaurants/Night Clubs/Amusement Arcades...shimmering multi coloured lights..neon signs..snarled traffic, and their blown horns...and the huge buses blocking the roads,,with all these,,still ,people were ..Loving and patient..& UNDERSTANDING!! you take 150 stairs downwards..you ll be next to infamous GASINO PISCINE ALEY...Where ,Late
and great crooner Mr. Farid EL ATTRASH sang and his >>>love of his life<<< (HABIB EL OMR ,or in this case HABIBAT )Late Madam SAMIA GAMAL ,Belly danced an his songs & rhythms...i remember in 1952/ or 53 ? Giant Fire ,inferno that brought it to the ground,as my father ,with blankets around me ,because the nights were freezing ,carried me on his shoulders to see ,witness that VERY SAD event...but thank GOD it was REBUILT again, and going strong since! How about CASINO AIN EL REMMAN,..2K.Meters away from the madding crowd, and covered with oak trees a very Romantic place for courting couples or dancing RUMBA/SAMBA/TANGO/PASS A DOUBLE/CHA CHAS..next to Shish Kebab/Barbecue smoke and smells bellowing all over the place...THOSE WERE THE REAL H..A..P..P..Y DAYS! ,,,The world has changed ..since,we all grew up,technology took over every which way...but the fire of cherishing people we met /knew/lived with still around or sadly departed, will never be PUT OFF ,AS LONG AS WE LIVE OUR LEFT ,FEW.YEARS!!.....GOD bless all ///Regards from London/Is-Hak Barsoumian/London
