I know he has atleast a few daughters alive today and many sons passes away but one is alive. They are my grandmothers siblings the youngest being 50 of his daughters some would be in theirs 80s today. He might have faked his death history sure did. Mahmoud el Miliky and the great Hussein Riad but it was banned during Farouk's reign. It was released in 1952/1953.
