Who will pay the bill ?? And from where ??

Last night the National TV transferred the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the future foundation , yes 10 years have passed , time runs . Anyhow it was a very big celebration in Cairo attended by international VIP invited from around the world including Queen Rania of Jordan and Former British PM Tony Blair.It was luxurious celebration.Gamal Mubarak gave a silly long economic speech in English which I didn't follow as usual
Now I got one silly question : Who will pay the bills of that celebration?? Some brainy person will tell me the future foundation
Ok to rephrase the question : from where all that money the future foundation is spending ??
