Synopsis :

King Zanziber is frustrated and began to believe that he was the one that can not bear a child. To save his king from the depression , the vizier advises the king to disguise and to go in a tour in his kingdom. Walking down the streets , the King sees a poor family that is extremely happy in their poor house singing and dancing. Envious enough the king orders the arrest of the poor man. 

Following this the king decides that no one should laugh or be happy in his kingdom.
