Please watch this very important documentary “Investigating War Crimes in Gaza” produced by Al-Jazeera International about Israeli soldiers and officers in Gaza who share on social media their war crimes and misconduct openly to the world.
This documentary is more evidence of why the International Criminal Court “ICC” had to issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant for war crimes in Gaza.
The film explores a trove of over 2,500 social media accounts of Israeli soldiers. It also exposes the complicity of Western governments specifically the British Government – in particular, the use of RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus as a base for British surveillance flights over Gaza.
If you have a problem watching it on YouTube, you can watch it on Twitter.
Our @AJIunit investigation exposes war crimes in Gaza through the medium of photos and videos posted online by Israeli soldiers themselves during the year-long conflict.

The documentary is directed by Richard Sanders, an award-winning journalist.
You can watch him speaking about the documentary in an interview with Middle East Eye.
Palestinian journalist Younes Tirawi was probably the first reporter to put a spotlight on the Israeli army soldiers and officers on social media, especially on Instagram.
Tirawi contributed to this important documentary as well as other reports about the war crimes the Israeli army soldiers and officers document on their social media accounts.
His latest work was sharing with the world how a group of Israeli soldiers desecrated a Lebanese church in South Lebanon.
Following my exposure of a video showing Israeli soldiers desecrating a church in Lebanon, Israel’s Military Radio and Public Broadcast Channel reported that the IDF has launched an investigation into the incident.

Soldiers involved are from Golani’s Special Operations Unit 1/2 https://t.co/gN19X3V6de pic.twitter.com/1EI36mkNDW
Tirawi participated before in other documentaries and investigative reports involving those Instagrammed and tiktoked war crimes.
Like for instance that documentary produced by Zetoe earlier this year: Israel's Reel Extremism.
It’s finally here! Well, tomorrow, Wednesday August 7th. Zeteo’s first original documentary ‘Israel’s Reel Extremism’ is out and it’s a #mustwatch.

Unfortunately, you have to pay to watch it fully.
Most probably this is the most documented genocide in history thanks to social media.
I am quite amazed that the soldiers and officers in the Israeli army are allowed to have their mobile phones in the first place.
I won’t speak about their conduct because there is no need for it. We are speaking about an army committing genocide.
This army follows a prime minister who officially got an International Criminal Court arrest warrant under his belt.
This army followed an ex-minister of Defense who also got an arrest warrant with his name on it.
I do not doubt that some video clips included in Al Jazeera’s Documentary already played a role in issuing those arrest warrants.
This army’s founding fathers actually committed horrifying war crimes and massacres to establish Israel and the Israeli army itself.
Now it does not take a psychologist to say that those officers and soldiers will return home, and their families will see unstable people.
It does not take a psychologist to say that those officers and soldiers wearing Palestinian women’s lingerie are a red flag to any woman above them the Israeli women.
I do not know what they are taught but I think before the West speaks about a two-state solution, it must revise what the Israelis taught in schools because peace goes both ways.
By the way, you must follow Tirawi on Twitter.
