Philip Rizk is an Egyptian-German activist who was among the people detained by the police last Friday in the March to Gaza protest.All the activists were released and all of them returned back home except Rizk. He has not returned yet, he was kidnapped , read more at Sara Carr’s blog
He was kidnapped by the interior ministry where as officially the ministry knows nothing !! The official spokesperson of the interior minister commented on the incident in a rare occasion , of course he has to comment , Rizk is a German.The spokesperson said that he did not hear any word of detention regarding Rizk with no further details. He did not hear but may be he was detained and they have n't just told him yet.
Anyhow in the State of Law Philip is missing for 48 hours now , the police according to law should investigate his absence. I do not have a clue on what Philip has done to deserve this.
Philip has a blog called Tabula Gaza , the last time he updated was on the 4th of Feb 2009.

House of parents of Philip Rizk is being searched at the moment by Secret Police. People gather outside to protest. 6 Road 208, Maadi. 2.30 AM in the night on Monday morning.
Where are we people ??
Not that only it turned out that the police left then returned back trying to take Maged Rizk's ; Philip's father who refused to go with them. This was from six hours, does anyone have more updates ??
I think now the official spokesperson of the interior ministry should have heard what is going on !!
