The prizes will reach to 2000 $ and the panel of judges got big names in it like Saad din Ibrahim

    CONTEST RULES
    Q: Who is eligible?
    A: Entrants must be 25 years old or younger as of the contest deadline: March 31, 2006. Entrants must reside in Arab League member states, Iran, or the United States.


    Why they put this strange condition? why can't people older than 25 years old participating?
