Watch the documentary that the BBC pulled under pressure from the Israeli lobby in the UK—despite having originally commissioned it.
The film, Gaza: Doctors Under Attack, is produced by the award-winning Basement Films.
BBC claimed it could not air the documentary until the investigation into it concludes — the film Gaza: Living in a War Zone, which it had aired back in February, before removing it from its website and app because it gave a voice to a boy who is the son of a Hamas official.
After the BBC dropped it, Basement Films released the documentary via Channel 4 and Zeteo.
Linker lost his job over alleged antisemitic accusations as
he continues to support Gaza and Palestinians publicly demanding that Israel
receive the same treatment as Russia is receiving
in the sports world.
You can watch the documentary for free on Channel 4 if you are in the UK and have a valid UK postcode.
It is also available on Zeteo for subscribers.
A version with AI-generated Arabic subtitles is also available, and the film has been shared on Twitter and X, where it can be viewed freely.

The documentary includes harrowing on-camera testimony from the late Dr. Adnan al-Bursh, who was arrested by Israeli forces in December 2023.

According to a UN report, he was subjected to sexual violence or in other explicit words “ he was raped to death” in Israeli custody before his death in April 2024.
The film also features shocking accounts of torture inside the Israeli detention center Sde Teiman, including anonymous testimony from an Israeli doctor who accuses fellow Israeli medical professionals of complicity in the abuse of Palestinian detainees.
A new shocking footage from Sde Teiman prison, showing reportedly a Palestinian detainee sexually abused under the eye of tens of Israeli guards, went viral in the past 48 hours.
An estimated 1,500 doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers have been killed in Gaza, either at home or in their workplaces—a conservative figure. Many more, including Dr. Hussam Abu Safya, have been illegally detained and transferred to Israeli prisons such as Sde Teiman.
According to their families, human rights groups, and international watchdogs, these detainees have been tortured and, in some cases, killed—like Dr. al-Bursh.
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), in early June, only 17 of Gaza’s 36 hospitals are currently partially functional. Among these, just five—such as Nasser Medical Complex and Al-Amal Hospital—serve as major referral facilities and account for 75 percent of the Strip’s hospital beds.
Nasser Medical Complex operates 180 percent over its capacity, while Al-Amal Hospital is at 100 percent.
To alleviate the crisis, one national and four international Emergency Medical Teams have been deployed at Nasser and Al-Amal hospitals, offering specialized care and support to overwhelmed staff.
Still, acute shortages of essential medicines and medical supplies continue to severely disrupt services across all hospitals.
Approximately 50 WHO trucks carrying urgently needed medical supplies remain stuck in Al-Arish and the West Bank, unable to reach Gaza.
