This is the newest video in the on going TV series "Shocking torture and Brutality videos" ,this time it is true shocking . A video clip as usual filmed by a mobile phone , the location is a bedroom ,in an apartment ,address unknown , this video clip was being spread among some people in some area also unknown probably near the place it was shot in , someone had sent to Wael Abbas ,this someone his name is disclosed as he does not want it to be known for fear of the police .
Wael Abbas did not upload completely it to to Youtube as it is 
because of the content of the video ,he had for the first time to interfere in some way .
Why ?? well because the original video is showing simply a person who was slapping a girl forcing her to strip naked , her top part of her body in front of him , in front of the camera phone ,in front of others
Wael had to take one still image from the original clip with the conversation of the video in the background , he could not to show the complete clip as it is then.
The conversation is in Arabic , it is shocking you can hear the sound of the slaps and the insults of the man and you can hear the crying of voice of the girl .
Weal does not know anything about the Girl, she is anonymous Jane Doe yet he thinks that she may be a prostitute and that this person is a Policeman working in the vice Police trying to catch her red handed ,according to the email he received and the previous cases of the police and the fact there is a gun in his back not in a hostler . The Email he received has a religious style from the kind of writing , its Arabic is perfect ,the sender must be well educated for sure.
Wael had to show the video ,or parts from it on TV on air in News night talk show "90 minutes" on Nile Sat where it seemed to me that the official parties from interior ministry is cooking something for him , you see "El-Mahawer" channel which airs the show is known to be an "NDP" channel , despite the claims of independence after all for two successive years they transfer on air the NDP annual conference !!
The TV host "Moataz El-Damardash" was so biased against Abbas and it was enough to know that all the phones received in the show were attacking Abbas defending the police and the interior ministry and it did not stop at here ,it turned out the control room which received the phones first asked the callers whether they believed that that clip was for police officers , if they said no ,they would put them on air , if they said yes ,they would take their names and phone numbers telling them that they would call them later. The G.A decided to open an investigation about the clip and Wael decided to reveal more about the video ,he put still images of the suspects and the victim in his website asking the visitors to spread their images in order to identify them , people till now do not know nor the G.A knows who they are , whether the girl or the men

The first is a guy who slaps the girl , and the other two appeared in the clip ,If you know them you can send the information to Wael directly .
Now with no doubt what happened in this clip is not accepted on all levels ,and I can't think one reason on this earth why someone would accept to have this sick clip on his mobile phone to see some girl forced to take off her top.Second it is a good thing that someone had the courage to speak about and report about it whether it is for
vice police or it is for some sick group of men ,those kinds of videos must be stopped.
From hearing the audio clip first and then watching the clips in "90 minutes" I do not know if those men appearing in the clips are actually cops beside the fact the slapping man has a gun in his back and his sailor military hair cut , we got nothing solid no names , no addresses , just faces !!
The two young men appearing in the clip do not look like cops to 
me ,they look like jerks to me , especially the smiling long hair dude , some said he could be a pimp , ok he can be a pimp but why on earth a pimp laughs like an idiot to camera phone hold by a cop while they busted him and his hooker !! It does not make sense especially in one of the scenes he waved in front of the mobile phone camera !!! Still on the other hand we should not omit the possibility that those two can be police informers working for the vice police
There were also other men in the bed room beside those three , 
about another two they appeared in the reflection of the mirror in one of the short scenes in the clip
I do not know but I feel there is something fishy about this video clip , If this is an officer this can be an evidence against him for making up and fabricating cases which is illegal ,so why on earth he will keep this clip and it will be distributed !!
Some would say to make a scandal for the girl , well she is supposedly a hooker and the police busted her ,may be not red handed, yet on the other hand this video could have been distributed 
in her neighbourhood to scandalize her and her family , in the same way they did with Emad El-Kebeer or others , the police officers shot those videos of their torture which usually include sexual abuse in the areas of victims in order to scandalize them and kill them in one of the most thing sacred in the popular areas : The Manhood , of course the other equivalent sacred thing to the Manhood there is the female honour which is raped and abused in the video here . The difficult thing is that this lady we may not find her , she will not go by her own to the G.A and says that she is a hooker in a conservative society , also she may be in prison now !! And even she was not a hooker ,she will not come and report the incident to the authority because this means one word : Scandal , we are eastern society and so it will be hard to find this girl or to depend that she will report the incident
I think this vide clip is a prank or more like trap made for Wael Abbas , those people in the video may not turn to be cops and so he can be prosecuted in front of the court of defaming cops and interior ministry ,yes he said the word "allegedly" over and over yet his post's title is saying "Police officer forces girl to strip naked?" yes the phrase is a question but it is a leading question , already now the whole Egyptian and Arabic blogsphere are speaking about the Egyptian Police officer who forces as girl to strip naked not to mention international News Websites in BBC Arabic "and Surely international" and on fox news based on an AP report . As long as there is no solid proof that these guys are cops or that person is a police officer ,they Can hunt Wael Abbas to the court , yes now he became an Icon and international figure still they do not give a damn for this , already they leashed out their journalists for second round of attack against Wael and the whole Egyptian blogsphere in Rosa Al-Youssef and other official newspapers
The Gap will be "From where you know they are police officers ??" the Question which Mr." El-Damardash" kept asking Wael about over and over
This is the gap they can come from it easily and believe me they got enough of NDP lawyers to defend the dignity of the interior ministry in the same way they defended the dignity of the NDP ,President and son against the terrible haters from journalists who can face jail in the end !!!
