As If We Do Not Know How Old He is !!

The state owned newspapers are very naive , they think that by posting old photos for Mubarak we will not know that he is too old to rule this country.
Just buy any state owned newspaper like Al Akhbar or Al Ahram or Al Gomhouria, you will find that all the photos for Mubarak in the newspapers are old , very old too !!
Egyptian people know very that their President is 81 years old , in fact officially it is announced worldwide ,so there is no need for his old photos in the newspapers, already they can photoshop his new photos to look better .

Mubarak Writes How To Achieve Israeli Palestinian Peace !!

With no introductions we find today that our President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak of Egypt wrote something for the famous wall Street Journal.

Our President wrote How to Achieve Israeli-Palestinian Peace , just like how to lose a guy in 10 days or how to marry a millionaire ..etc but this time about peace in Middle East.

It is the first time to know that Mubarak can write to newspapers abroad , in fact I do not recall that I read for him anything written in our press , he clearly does not have those writing skills of Nasser or Sadat !!

It is interesting that our President likes to write in Foreign press , first he writes the forward of a French book about Thuma then he writes for the Wall Street journal how to achieve Israeli-Palestinian Peace.

I do not want to seem skeptical but I highly doubt hat he has really written this article in Arabic in the first place, already Mubarak was not the President of Egypt when the Camp David accords were signed, of course if Late President Sadat had written this article , it would be much more valuable and honest because he was the one that really reached to Peace with Israel not to mention he really wrote articles and books !!

Anyhow I do not think Bibi will follow the steps Mubarak has mentioned on how to achieve Israeli Palestinian Peace.

Iran Watch:From Bad To Worse

First of all I am sorry  that I did not cover what happened in Iran this weekend, I know many things are taking place rapidly in the Persian empire.

You got the speech of Khamenei which is terribly bad and reminded me with the speeches of the Arab leaders , the same Arab leaders Khamenei and Ahmedinajed are attacking !!
Then you got today up till now the news coming from Iran are not confirmed , twitter has become the main source of information for big news agencies and channels for the first time.
Now it was announced that there was an explosion either next or in the Mausoleum of Khomeini south Tehran.One is reportedly and two were injured.This is not good by all accounts. The police has stated that it was a suicide bomber act. Some rumors say that this is not true and it is just another rumor by the regime to justify the attacks against the protesters.
One of the major news today is that Mousavi and Karuby did not attend the meeting of the regime guardians to present their appeal. It is a strange thing but I believe they can be under current house arrest. Already the last tweet I received from Mousavi’s official twitter account was very interesting :

I am prepared For martyrdom, go on strike if I am arrested

Martyrdom culture in Iran is obvious in his talk,it seems that things won’t settle down.
The protests are violent in Tehran appearing from the few videos leaked to International Press, of course I respect Persian BBC and I think it is reason why  Khamenei in his terrible speech has attacked UK !!
Here are couple of video I found today , one of them is from BBC Persia , you can see the Basij opening their fires on the citizens ,I  wish someone would kindly translate what those two persons are saying , I hear Allah Akhbar.

Here is another video , you can hear Allah Akhber , the first voice that said was either a child or a girl compared to the voices of men that replied. Again I wish someone tell us what the Iranians who shot those films in their balconies were saying. You can see gas in this video.

Strangely Fares News agency website is down, I do not know if it is hacked or not.
As I have brought what the Pahlavis think , I bring you today another two important figures in Iran whether before or after the revolution. The people’s Mujahedin of Iran won’t miss the opportunity ; Mariam Rajavi the President elect of the so-called Iranian resistance has issued a statement regarding the protests and Khamenei’s speech where she described his speech as an indication of a political earthquake within Iran regime. Forget about Rajavi and please watch or read this fantastic interview on Euronews with Former first Iranian President Abou El-Hassan Bani Sadr who is currently living in exile in Paris. The interview is fantastic and important especially the part about foreign intervention

It is preferable that there is no interference. President Obama should stay neutral. Imagine a young Iranian who leaves home knowing that he may be shot at if he expresses his views and he asks is it happening for what he believes or is it because of the interests of foreign powers. If he has doubts he will certainly That is why I am demanding that the head of foreign countries don’t intervene or protest against the suppression. There are many human rights organizations, it is they who should protest. The people must understand that they are the ones who will decide, and it is them who must act and act for their rights.

I have just got few words to Khamenei , do not underestimate the power of the street protesters , they are the one that brought you and you regime to poor for the first place

• The Western embassies across Tehran have opened their doors to the injured ,I hope they close these doors again with my all respect to their good intentions , but the injured do not need to be suspected as working for foreign powers as Bani Sadr said
• There were protests in Shiraz University today.
• There is a video I think you should see , I know it is graphical but I picture myself in the place of this girl May Allah bless her soul and make her blood a curse on that person who shot her down with no right at all , I know it is graphical and youtube may remove for violations of rights but I have downloaded and I will upload it here in case of removal.This girl reminds me that boy in Mahla who was shot by the regime while watching the protests on the 6th of April for God Sake !

Cold Shoulder

I hope that Barack Obama has given Gamal Mubarak a real cold shoulder as the American press is speaking. It will be very stupid from Obama’s administration to bet on junior , they should bet on the people. The Egyptian people may seem tamed and sleepy yet you do not know when they will wake up suddenly. Gamal Mubarak by all means is unpopular and the American administration knows this very well , hopefully they won’t repeat their mistake in Iran.

Of course I notice that Gamal Mubarak has disappeared from the public scene before and after the speech , he appeared after the death of his nephew  but on a very limited scale compared to the fact that he used to appear on a weekly basis here and there speaking to youth ,speaking to whoever he can speak to !!

Last Thursday Al-Shorouk newspaper claimed that GM was going to have a meeting on Thursday in his policy committee to discuss his campaign for Presidency in 2011 !!

Al-Shorouk did not name its sources but the fact that the newspaper managed to expose to his trip to Washington and the Sudan raid , it began to earn creditability in the Egyptian street despite it did not complete one year. The fact that the newspaper began to win respect and credibility in the Egyptian street made Safwat El-Sharif deny the news himself on Amr Adeeb’s show late in Wednesday night after the arrival of the newspaper to the  newspapers sellers.

Sharif claimed that preparing for the Presidential elections takes place before the elections by few months and it is still early to speak about this now. He added that when the time comes the door will be open for all NDP members to run for candidacy !!

Sharif can claim whatever he wants but we are not naive we know that Mubarak JR is preparing for presidency not in 2011 but earlier ,everyone is expecting an early change in presidency in 2010. Rumors are saying that after the death of Mohamed JR Gamal is using the sympathy of the street to his own side especially that his father’s health is not that great after the terrible news.

well good luck for Gamal in his quest , I feel that insh Allah sooner or even later we the Egyptian people will say to him “Hard luck Jimmy” , it is not about what he wants , it is about God’s want !! 

Seriously I feel that Egypt will give big cold shoulder to Gamal Mubarak :)

When A Psychopath Murderer Is Remembered In A Better Way Than A Minister of Interior

Last week former notorious minister of interior Nabawy Ismail had passed way and before him engineer Sharif who shocked the Egyptian society with his terrible crime . Sharif had passed away while waiting on the death role.

I do not want to seem rude but I notice that online people were more sorry and showed more sympathy to the death of Sharif than the death of Ismail !!

Nabawy Ismail may God bless his soul was from the favorite ministers of interior in Egypt, in fact with my all respect he was among the worst 5 ministers of interior in Egypt.

I do not know from where to start but it is enough that this man was behind the arrest and detention of more than thousand people in the infamous September arrests ,it is enough that his wife or rather widow Fadia Kamel was a faithful hypocrite regime MP for 30 years, she was the one suggested the President for life law for God Sake  not to mention she was a terrible singer!!

One thing makes me sad after his death is that this man did not get what he deserves for his role in Sadat assassination ,this man knew about the assassination , in fact he received a tip in a letter about that from his state security  , from in particular later ex- interior minister Hassan Abu Pasha while sitting in the Podium watching  the military Parade and it was shown on TV that he read some paper which he folded later in his pocket and continued watching the parade doing nothing !! This was 30 minutes before the attack !

Sadat was killed along with many other innocent people. I always wished that one day a real independent investigation regarding Sadat assassination would be opened and this man would be on trial for his role !!

Sharif harmed his family only where as Ismail had harmed many families.

In the end I will say again may God bless their souls both of them.

Unconfirmed News

There is unconfirmed news I received that they found a Libyan infected with Plague in Alexandria !! Yes, now I could not officially or unofficially find something to confirm this very disturbing new.

If plague reaches to Alex ,it will create panic across the country especially that Alex and the North coast are the main destination for millions of Egyptians in Summer.

I need a confirmation ,please we do not need more panic
