Rude Affleck

Strangely I never like this actor , but I was surprised when I found this video ,this is very rude to describe your political opponents this way ,very disgusting and vulgar !!

BY the way for those who don't know Affleck studied Middle east history in Harvard university along with some Arabic lessons

Also his wife the Alias star Jennifer Garner is going to cause some stress in the Arab world next September with the release of her film along with Jamie Fox "The Kingdom" which is about a group of F.B.I agents investigating a series of murder and terrorist attacks against the Foreigners in Riyadh ,in IMDB they identify KSA as a hostile country !!

To tell you the truth I never like Affleck especially after Giggly and I don't know why on earth Garner would leave Michael Vartan for that rude person !!

  1. Sorry, but I think you don't have context here!
First this is Bill Maher's show in HBO where the "F" word is thrown left, right and center every other word.
Ben is one of the VERY FEW celebrities who are sympathetic to the Arabic national causes from Palestine to war on Iraq, to oppression in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and other stuff.

If anything, he's one of the good guys.

He was venting out frustrations about the Democratic party's failure to take action. And EVERYONE in that room, (Democratic and republican) Applauded him for saying what many wished to say but had no means!

Calling him "rude" just because he used the "F" word to describe stupid act is really juvenile. It's like dismissing "Ahmad Fouad Nijm's" poetry because it contains some vulgar words!

It's rumored that Ben descends from Arabic roots from the عفلق Family and is likely related to Micheal Affleck (ميشيل عفلق)

  2. @qwaider, first of all I will start from the end , wow this is one hell of a rumor from the Micheal Affleck himself ,oh boy the Baath supporters will be very happy if that is true,it is more powerful than this year rumor that Micheal converted to Islam thanks to Saddam !!

I don't know much about Bill Maher's show but may be we still in Egypt are not used to this kind of language , already when Ahmed Fouad Nagam is hosted on TV ,he doesn't use this language except may be on the Lebanese channels , but to say such words on air , oh boy not in Egypt
this reminds with the famous interview of Mohamed El-Fayed with Hala Sarhan when he said that the British government is full of Gays and he said the word gays in the same street language
of course there was a censor peep and Hala ,bold Hala 's eyes were wide open surprised and of course she couldn't tell him stop ,the problem he didn't stop using the word

  3. @Zeinobia, I think you misunderstood Affleck. To me, it didn't sound like he was attacking his political opponents. It sounded like he was attacking the people who were supposed to represent his opinion, but didn't deliver.

  4. LOL@ El fayed story

Ok, trust me, Affleck is one of the good guys who kind of support world peace and justice. He was attacking the democrats (not his opponents)

HBO is known for it's mature audience and content. R rated movies play on it 24/7 so the "F" word is really common there.

Bill Maher himself uses it all the time!

As for Nijim, You should see what he said about Rouby's royal behind :) Live, and on TV!

  5. @qwaider,oh El-Fayed interview was full of comedy , the man is away from Egypt for 30 years and yet and his Alexandrian insults diction is still there

@the Fagomi ,well I saw it , once in El-Hurra and once on New Tv with Nishan , already It is on the net , seriously what I like in him that he is saying the truth
by the way Ruby and her mantor Sherif Sabry went coco because of this attack on her royal behind

  6. Ben Affleck is a big democratic supporter. He is very angry with the democrats who refuse to stand up to the Republicans and the Bush Administration, as am I. We voted them in for a reason and they're screwing with us.

The use of the F-word in the U.S. is commonplace and does not equate with rudeness. It's a descriptive term that's thrown about and everyone including myself uses it daily - particularly when talking about politics!
