Where Is The Vice Police ? Where is The Women’s council ?

An anonymous commenter has left me this disturbing link from the international sex guide forum where perverts gather online to know where they can find hookers worldwide. Yes perverts , this is what I think about those who hire prostitutes.

This link made me so angry to find people speak about Egyptian women like that even if they were prostitutes , I wish that the vice police is active online as it is claimed and it tracks down those places and those people.

Of course that link is nothing compared to what Youm 7 has published from prostitutes photos in our historical landmarks !!?? “Warning : NSFW” This time I do not wonder where the vice police is but where the supreme council of antiquities and the ministry of tourism are from all that ?!!??

I do not know when minister Moshira Khateb will focus on the prostitution issue in Egypt and will consider part of her job to fight prostitution as part of the human trafficking problem , she and the regime she represents refuse to admit it for real.

For those defenders of prostitution mainly from men , if you accept for your mother or your daughter or your wife to become a prostitution then call for it for real , do not call for its legalization just because you want to enjoy it. Even on the human rights level , you do not know how women and girls are pushed to this route and how they suffer in it for God sake !!!

  1. Isn´t egypt much more known as a place for male prostitutes? look whats going on at the read sea. And if you read the forum it seems like its not that easy to find a female hooker in egypt.

  2. I only have one word for the woman that made this blog post: she is a feminist that is trying to copy a Western Woman. It is NONE OF HER BUSINESS what men do. No wonder more Egyptian men are importing foreign wives and heading to places like Thailand -- at least the upper-classes.

  3. I am a reader of your blog and I admire it's fertility and point of view. This story however is complete fluff. You ,a supporter of freedom of choice and responsibility, advocating the use of law enforcement on men who're talking about prostitutes online just because it's iffy.
Freedom of speech is a two way road, on one hand political bloggers get to exert that right and express their opinions, while on the other hand frequenters of internationalsexguide.info get to exchange tips about finding sex workers.
The sex card is hacky taboo yellow journalism resort to when they want to catch the attention of the sex deprived public. I understand that your reaction maybe complete and utter disgust, but I trust a person who enlightens people see beyond his own prejudices.
While I condom the misogynistic tone of the linked discussion, I don't think of men seeking the services of sex workers to be "sexually perverted," unethical maybe.
Again, I admire your blog, I just have issues with this post because of the eww like take on the subject.

  5. To Anon how could she be trying to copy a Western woman and at the same time no wonder the Egyptian men are importing foreign wives? and judging by your obsession with Thailand I take it you are one of those members on that forum she posted a link to, particularly the one playing the self-hating Egyptian seeing everything about the country as negative including the clear scarcity of Egyptian female sex workers the members of the forum have been complaining about, not to mention very racist comments and very negative comments about Islam, the religion of the majority.I didnt know that prostitution is allowed in other religion!!! If you are that person plz stay in your hide-out of choice of course, Canada and dnt spoil your mood by coming to a country you hate every thing about including the vice of its girls.

Some sex workers are in this filthy business out of choice but the majority around the World have been pushed to become one of the most lucrative commodities and most at a very young age kidnapped or tricked into the business, paying for such services could very well mean funding a filthy, cruel and criminal industry or exploiting the needs of a broken woman not to mention the clear health risks.

  8. I actually went over to the sex guide forum and read through that disgusting thread, I felt like throwing up afterwards. I can't believe there are still men out there with such mentalities, going on about women as if we are pieces of meat, and the Islam bashing just added insult to the injury. I seriously hope these people go to Thailand and catch AIDS maybe it will teach them to respect women a little more. I know it sounds mean, but I have no sympathy for them.

  9. @Rick , unfortunately my information says that it is famous for the opposite , I can't complete reading the forum without feeling sick

@anonymous#1, you did not answer my questions as a MAN would you accept your mother or your wife or your daughter to work as a prostitute ??
You know it is better than they import foreign women "as if they were objects" if they think in the same way like you

@Haisam ,first of all thanks for your kind words , now being a political blogger does not mean that I should not discuss other issues especially those dealing with the reputation of the country and woman's issues
I will ask one thing : Do not you feel angry when some foreign man speaks about the hookers of Egypt and how cheap they are in front of you ??
Human trafficking is a global problem and according to 2009 reports whether from the UN or from the department state mention Egypt among the countries that must seek a solution to this problem
Prostitution is part of the problem

@Mido, it is not over even if it happened years ago or was published in some yellow newspaper, the film is still there.

@anonymous#2, I could have said it better

@Mo, thank you so much for your support , I do not mind be called a radical feminist , let him say whatever he wants !! the legalization of the prostitution did not solve the problem in the west , it did not weaken it and the west is the best example.

@Will E., I do not have to be objective in my blog

@anonymous#3, I am biased to your mother, your sister ,your wife and you daughter

@Banoota, well be sure one day dear they will regret on their opinions

  10. well my question wasn't about objectivity or subjectivity.

But i guess you meant to answer that it was okay for you to be judgemental on your blog, acceptable answer.
