#Tahrir : New Year Eve at Tahrir square

Thousands of Egyptians have celebrated the new year’s eve at Tahrir square tonight in a big celebratory mood full of hope. For the first since two months thousands gather in Tahrir square without gunshots or injured or tear gases instead there are balloons with the faces of the martyrs and fireworks.

There was one stage set at Tahrir square , there were religious Sufi Islamic songs as well Christian prayers. Ramy Essam , Eskanderella and Ali El Hagr also participated in that wonderful celebration. It is the most fancy stage set up at Tahrir square if I may say.
In case of you are asking I am not celebrating at Tahrir square while I wish I were , insh Allah I will next year with friends and families as well millions of Egyptians.
From a year ago I was awake all night cover the two saints church and tonight I feel that I owe it to our martyrs who fell through out Egypt in 2011 a lot of things , May Allah bless their souls. Here is amazing clip at the Church after one year where Muslims and Christians stood and sang our national anthem in breathe taking scene.

Our brothers and sisters did not welcome the head of Alexandria’s security directorate at the Two saints church. There is unconfirmed news that Potential presidential candidate Ahmed Shafik attended the mass there.
