Firoz continues his tale in King Al-Ghuyur’s Kingdom.
He tells his father and the rest of the Royal court in Serendib that after succeeding in answering all Princess Budur’s riddles and how the king announced that he may get his only daughter’s hand in marriage, he decided to tell him who he was.
“ I am Prince Firoz, the son of King Mahorab,” Says Firoz surprising and shocking at the same time everyone at Al-Ghuyur’s court.
He continues speaking reminding Al-Ghuyur that they are relatives, they got one common enemy aka Al-Khagan and most importantly he gave him his word.
Al-Ghuyur tells him it is not up to him but rather to Princess Budur who is silently shy, which is the mark of consent in Egyptian culture.
Thus Budur marries Firoz and they live together for a year till the time comes so our prince would return home.
Before leaving, Al-Ghuyur decides to abdicate to appoints Firoz as the King. He told his son-in-law to go and to meet with his family and then to return back to work as soon as possible.
Firoz tells his father it is a great decision because now the two kingdoms can be united to stand against the Khagan.
Mahorab is happy because now the three kingdoms are united against the Khagan but worried and sad about his third and youngest son Zumarad.
But this worry won’t last long because it is announced that the young prince is back to the palace and he meets up with his father, his brothers and the rest of the court.
Zumarad begins to share his adventure.
When he takes the road which you take and you never return, he ends up in nowhere at night. He seems lost but then a very old carrying wood appears out of nowhere too asking him what he is doing here.
Zumarad tells him that he is lost and he asks him where he is.
“You are in the valley of the Ghouls,” The old man tells Zumarad that is where the Ghouls attack and eat people who enter their valley.

He tells the young prince to stick with him and stay with him that night before the morning comes and the Ghouls spot them and eat them.
The Prince is amazed to see the man speeding up and running and he tries to catch him. When the morning comes, the old man disappears.
Again Zumarad searches for help till night and he finds a knight on his horse.
When he approaches him, the knight panics as he thinks Zumarad is a shapeshifting Ghoul.
Zumarad tells him that he is not and he recounts what happened with him and his meeting with the old man.
The Knight tells him that the old man is probably a ghoul stressing that they must leave now.
Zumarad rides behind him and they leave as quick as they can.
Tomorrow night inshallah we will know how Zumarad made it out of the Valley of the Ghouls.
