Next Thursday Ahmed Maslmany is going to air in his show “First edition” his interview with former Princess Ferial Farouk for a whole hour insh Allah.
Maslmany managed to have this interview during Ferial’s last visit to Cairo.
Do Not Forget. This will be her first interview to an open to air Egyptian channel ,Orbit is originally Saudi and by subscription , not all Egyptians had the opportunity to watch her there.
Insh Allah I won’t forget to share with the video as soon as I put my hand on them.
I know English is not your first language and it's compendable that you blog in another language but really you have to try to be more of a perfectionist with your spelling.
ReplyDeleteMake an effort Zeinobia. You consistently spell the Princess' name wrong. She spells it FERIAL.
You spell it Farial or Fariel. Come on you are a bright girl. Be less carelss and pay attention to your work and it will only get better.
Take this as constructive criticism. Keep trying to improve your English as sometimes your word order is incorrect and the meaning of the sentence can be confusing. Peace out!
Dear anonymous, I respect your criticism,it means you care ,please forgive me for my spelling and grammatical mistakes because sometimes I do not notice them , like Ferial/Farial thing
ReplyDeleteThank you again
So, how good is your Arabic, Anonymous Commentator?
ReplyDeleteYour criticism was not constructive; it was petty, patronising and over-pedantic. You write: "She spells it FERIAL." To play you at your own game, I will assume by "She" you are referring to the Princess?
You need to be aware that there is no 'CORRECT' English spelling of this, or any other Arabic word. Because of the difference in characters, there can only be a TRANSLITERATION, not a translation. For example, how do you 'spell' the name of the Prophet? (Peace be upon him) Mohammed? Mohamed? Muhammed? Muhammet...? Or Farouk? Faruk? Farouq?
You write: "Be less carelss and pay attention to your work and it will only get better." How condescending! YOU need to take more care too, Mr or Mrs Anonymous—you have incorrectly spelled 'careless' as 'carelss'!
You should learn to practice what you preach...
