a Sorrowful Development in Madinaty Case

Egypt’s Supreme Administrative Court will rule on the validity of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding’s purchase of land for its Madinaty real-estate project next August 5th, Thursday with lots of anticipations about this case and its effect on the real estate market still today a sorrowful development related to the case took place.

Judge Mamdouh El-Sakaa , the vice president of the State council who ruled the invalidity of Madinaty project contract was killed in a car accident earlier this morning. The judge died in a car accident at Wadi El-Natroon highway where as his wife and children have been transferred in a critical condition to the hospital.

Judge Mamdouh El-Sakaa was accused by TMG defense team of being biased in the case due to an old feud between him and the new urban communities authority , the second party involved in the case.

There are no further details about the accident and for the record this highway is known for its deadly car accidents but of course due to the background of the late Judge and the recent events ,the news made minds to ask questions and assume many assumptions.

This is the not the first incident or coincidence of its kind that happens before , Judge Ashmawy of Hayedelena case died in enigmatic circumstance that made his family issue an obituary with introductory verses from Holy Quran used only in murder cases. Up till now many Egyptians believe that Judge Ashmawy was killed because of Hayedelena and many more will believe the same in case of Judge El-Sakaa.
