Espionage report : El-Attar updates

It was on the same day Egypt knew about the new alleged Spy Mohamed Saber that it found new updates about El-Attar espionage case.Already the court adjourned the case to next Saturday the 21st of April 2007. I remember the last court session was on the day of the referendum in Egypt and so no one really from the media paid attention to it  , in fact people seem to be not interested in it, only knowing its updates from news night shows.

Last time in court the Lawyer of El-Attar made a big show with what he considered a big evidence that would prove the innocence of his client, it was a recorded CD for the Iraqi witness ,the former Iraqi intelligence officer who was considered the first one to report about El-Attar and his suspicious relations with the Israelis to the Egyptian Embassy in Turkey.The CD had on it recorded telephone calls between the El-Attar's lawyer and that Iraqi witness where the later was denying the Egyptian intelligence allegations.

It was a real surprise and dangerous one too.

The judge in that session decided to adjourned the case to the 21st of April as hinted above . During that time back in Canada The Globe and Mail newspaper published that the Canadian embassy is giving a lot of help to the lawyer , also they published an interview with a friend of El-Attar in Canada who denied the accusations regarding El-Attar sexuality , already I don't know if it is turning from an espionage case in to sexuality case !!

Anyhow just yesterday the 17th of April El-Ahram newspaper published a report in the crimes section about new findings in El-Attar case that confirm his guilt , of course the Egyptian intelligence had to fire back not answer back on the lawyer and his smart moves ,I have to admit that this lawyer wanted to turn the case in to some sort of media circus but Thank God the nation was n't interested and the regime was busy with the referendum and the usual chase between it and the banned MB.

After the last session , it turned out that the Iraqi witness sent a message to the Egyptian Embassy in Ankara to be delivered to the National state court immediately , in that message he denies all what was said in the CD accusing the lawyer of changing his statements to the sake of his client in the contrary to the truth.

This was what was mentioned in the message according to Al-Ahram that the Iraqi Mohamed Ibrahim Ismail wanted this message to be delivered to the National State court immediately as he is one of witnesses who reported the embassy in Turkey about El-Attar and his mini spy ring there and that he was among the people El-Attar tried to recruit in that ring. he informed the Egyptian Embassy about him in 2001 and provided the officials with all the information he knew about El-Attar.

And after the arrest and before the last session of the court by few days he found his lawyer Ibrahim Ali Bassiouny calling from Cairo and asking him about Mohamed , first if Mohamed was a Spy , the Iraqi told him that he could n't speak about this in the telephone and he wanted to meet him if he was serious in knowing the truth , then he found the lawyer asking him about the sexuality of El-Attar and whether he is a gay or not  , the Iraqi answered him that El-Attar is gay and he got him the proof on this from his experience with El-Attar then he asked about him about El-Attar religion and whether he was converted to Christianity and not and the Iraqi answer came to shock the lawyer for another time saying that he attended his baptizing in the catholic church on the hands of Father Hack in Ankara. "Ok here to tell you the truth I am confused because that Iraqi is a Muslim and this sort of acts can make any Muslim very angry to the level of cutting his or her relations with the converter or a gay , but may be that Iraqi is either a secular or he knows how some smart Arab asses use it as a trick to get a residence for human reasons order in European countries"

The lawyer called the Iraqi for several times , each time the call was ended immediately not to mention the sound of noise in the call and the justification of the lawyer that his phone is under the surveillance by some , of course he meant the intelligence and surely they put his phone under the surveillance but they are not childish enough to cut the phone calls and add noise they are much wiser than this

The Iraqi who was working as an intelligence officer back in his country kept record of that calls with the duration and timing , I guess he called him on his mobile phone and he is ready to give them to the court as an evidence against the lawyer and even to prosecute him in front of the Egyptian courts for two things "Changing his statements" and "Recording for him without his knowledge or permission"

He also denied sending any fax with a signature and he swore a holy Oath of God and that he swore that El-Attar is not innocent but guilty

Of course if the Lawyer did change the statements of the Iraqi by editing , then we are dealing here with a very bad kind of lawyers ,dangerous ones ,even worst than Farid El-Daib , the defender lawyer of infamous Azzam Azzam who once called the Egyptians his people as sons of bitches!!

Another thing the Canadian Embassy now is not innocent as the official popular newspaper is hinting for its role in searching for the innocence of El-Attar , I can understand why simply because El-Attar is smart enough to use the bad torture fame in the Egypt claiming that the intelligence officers chose him among the millions of Egyptians inside and outside to force him drink his urine !!

The report didn't finish here , it seems that the intelligence gave El-Ahram reporter Mohamed Donia , who is very active reporter and a good one too a copy from an email found in the email account of El-Attar , this email confirms that El-Attar had a same sex marriage from the Syrian dentist Mohand , it was sent to the immigration department in Canada in order to let Mohand have the residence right there , it is saying that they were married on the 13th of May 2005 and were living in Saint Claire.

Here it is not about his sexuality , despite the fact that El-Attar is saying that he is straight and so on , but according to the confessions and investigations he recruited this dentist whose file and details are now within the Syrian intelligence for sure to work for the Mossad with other Arab gays  and so there is a real personality of Mohand and it is not a Fabrication like the young man is claiming

They also gave him some photos of El-Attar in Canada which I am not in the mood to scan them , in fact they are nothing , one in front of his black Mercedes Bens ,one in front of some river

Anyhow the future of El-Attar in the next 15 years will be determined next Saturday whether he will be freed or he will be in jail for a very bad if not the worst kind of crime that is the treason of the country .

The Canadian foreign minister slams El-Attar claims

More updates about El-Attar espionage case

First the Canadian Foreign minister slammed the claims of El-Attar that the later was tortured by the Egyptian Intelligence in order to confess or say what they want.

In fact McCkay ,the foreign minister said that Canada received assurances from Cairo that El-Attar wasn't touched in anyway. Already it turned out that they had a connect with him before the trail , not like what his lawyer requested from meeting the Canadian Ambassador !!!

Why did he request this if already his client met with the officials before the trials directly ???

You know the statements of the Canadian Foreign Minister gives another evidence that El-Attar wasn't torture and that he is "a big slim liar" , my first proof is that he didn't confess directly according to the national security report , he confessed after a whole 3 days from his arrest ,I don't think that a person will take all that time to stand against torture at least the way El-Attar described

Anyhow back to our Valley of the Nile

As I expected the National Security began to reveal new information in the newspaper in order to defend itself against the claims of El-Attar ,today in daily Al-Ahram more information about the case , for example the complete residence address which is :

I did a little digging on the Internet , ok I know I seemed obsessed but it was fun , I googled " 105 Isabella Street in Toronto" ,and I found the map for the street for those who live in Canada and Toronto and interested to know where El-Attar lived

The Iraqi witness who reported in 2002 the Egypt consulate in Ankara turned to be an ex-Iraqi intelligence officer , you know it makes sense because his act was an indicate that this person knows exactly what should be done in these incidents

The newspaper continued in publishing the evidence on his conversion from Islam , already his Canadian passport is by the name "Joseph Ramzy El-Attar" and his refugee papers and so on

Already from couple days , they published more information about his gay marriages , in which among them ,he married a Syrian dentist called "Mohand" whom he succeeded to recruit for the Mossad as the investigation revealed , no wonder Syria asked for his file

Look I think the media and the national security must change their strategy in dealing with this case , they must stop the concentration about sexual orientation and religion despite they played an important role in this case ,they must explain more the dangers of this Spy and what he represented as a threat to the national Security , of course due to the lost confidence between the people and the security people in Egypt and also the confession between the State Security and National Security , some believes that it is a case made to divert the public attention from the important events like the constitution amendments , I am sorry but it is the "Hala Show" scandal is the diversion case,but not this one , I mean we got a real issue here

You know this reminds me with the infamous "Heba Salim" case in the 1970s , there are similarities between "El-Attar" and "Salim" , "Salim" 's playground with Paris with the Arabic community there , the sex , the social and economic problem were there , when "Heba" returned back to home in Egypt ,she and her fiance who was working as an engineer in one of Army's projects ,and I think it was the "Anti Missiles walls"both caused the death of thousands of innocent Egyptian workers who worked day and night finishing that wall when Israel bombed it

I don't know but should we have to wait till another thousand workers die because of El-Attar

El-Attar speaks

Egyptian-Canadian accused of Spying for Israel "Mohamed El-Attar" had some sort of exclusive interview with daily "El-Masry El-Youm" through one of their sources in "Torah" prison "Don't even ask how they get to him "

You know I read the news in Filbalad and I got in Daily "El-Masry El-Youm"

Anyhow El-Attar in the interview denies the charges and is playing on the tune "There was pressure and torture"

He was n't spying for Israel despite the fact that he went to the Israeli Embassy , knew the three other wanted Mossad officers and considered them as friends and was going to Israel after visiting Egypt !!!

So interesting , of course he wonders if there is a law in Egypt criminalizes having Israeli friends ,of course there is not but when the three are working in the Israeli Mossad ,then it won't be acceptable ,it won't be safe

It is also strange to have 3 friends working the Mossad , really as if El-Attar were some kind of magnetic friendship for the Mossad officers !!!

Big slim liar as I said before

not that only

the new thing is that he is the first Egyptian to confess to be a gay

He said that he was a gay , and had 3 gay marriages in Canada , and this is something personal no one should object about it ,well I don't think that he will get any sympathy in Egypt for this

You know in my opinion this interview proves his guilt , despite that he is a smart asshole to play on the tune of "I am being tortured by the intelligence" which will go very well in the west along with the infamous Adly police scandal unfortunately

I mean he didn't deny going to the Israeli embassy nor knowing those three wanted Israelis Mossad officers nor going to Israel after visiting Egypt !!!

For another side , his new lawyer who seems to me searching for fame provokes me , in the same edition of "El-Masry Youm" he described the case as "Funny",well I don't think the word "Funny" is the suitable word to describe this case or any other case concerning the Egyptian and Arab National security.He also said that there is contact between him and the Canadian Ambassador as El-Attar is a Canadian citizen despite the respect of the Canadian Ambassador to the Egyptian Judicial system.The Lawyer said that also he is also patriot than the previous lawyer of El-Attar but he feels 51% that this case is fabricated.

You know I am getting bored to say it over and over every time I write anything about this infamous spy , the Egyptian intelligence since its establishment in 1954 didn't fabricate any espionage case against anyone even in the time of Salah Masry , if the Egyptian regime wants to divert the public opinion in Egypt in something ,it won't be an espionage case , of course I read many Egyptian blogs unfortunately whose owners think it is fabrication due to the great gap that became the regime presented this time in the national security and the people

For me it is 100% treason case in which I understand its danger not like that jerk lawyer who says that spying was outside Egypt !!??

There are witnesses

There is a surveillance that continued for four years

I can't find a good reason why on earth,on heaven and on hell that the Egyptian Intelligence would target El-Attar!!?? you know I won't be surprised if some wise pants come and say the Egyptian intelligence is homophobic!!

Anyhow I won't be surprised after now we are welcoming Tamer Hosni , who escaped from the military service and receive him as a national hero , so I won't be surprised to find some defending El-Attar!!???

El-Attar denies spying

Not very surprising reaction , El-Attar ,the Egyptian who is accused of spying for Israel denied the allegations in court today as soon as the court started

"No sir all this did n't happen, and I deny this" 

This was what he said according to the reporters who attended the High court of National security "Emergency"

"I had been in the heart of the Intelligence headquarter ,when I was forced to say those charges"

Well all wise intelligent spies must deny the charges , already I remember Sherif El-Falali case like yesterday and how he and his parents kept defending their sons ,slamming the Intelligence reports and in the end their son was found guilty  and now is in jail ,At least El-Falali had his parents beside him

You know I hate to say but I expected this with all the Adly police forces scandals here and there , it must be used by our enemies before our friends and you remember my post about the Canadian Coverage ,and how they hinted that he may face torture

I don't understand why the hell the intelligence takes him to their famous headquarter in El-Kobba to force him to say these confessions !! Why they didn't take him to some secret place to force a real pressure ??!! I mean it will be more suitable with the pressure and torture mode ,by the way the Egyptian General intelligence got other places then their headquarter in El-Kobba for sure.

Seriously I consider him a liar because I read more finding about the case in El-Masry Youm from couple days

It turned out that the Egyptian Intelligence knew about him in Turkey when an Iraqi citizen "Yasser Hamadan" "48 years old" went to the Egyptian Consulate in Ankara informing the officials there with his doubts that a young Egyptian Man called "Mohamed El-Attar" whom he met from couple of days may be working for the Israelis on the 3 rd of November 2002

He told them that before a month and 10 days ago he was sitting in cafe popular among the Arabs ,when he found a young man who face and accent seemed to be Egyptian asking him about the location of the nearest Mosque , he answered him  after that the young man set beside him and opened a conversation ,he told him about his life in Egypt ,his troubles with his family and why he came to Turkey and so on. "Yasser" did the same thing and told him about himself and his troubles , the wish of his children to return to Iraq and the huge costs of transferring their education there and so on.The conversation took  one hour was ended by a promise of  another meeting in the same place and telephone number exchanged and so on . The meetings kept on for whole 2 weeks.After those 2 weeks "Hamadan" met a stranger who told him that he can help in his financial problems and the transfer of the kids and so , he knew by coincidence that this "stranger" got the Israeli passport beside the Turkish one ,they exchanged the telephone numbers ,yet "Hamadan" didn't feel comfortable with this "stranger" who seemed to know too much about his life especially this "Stranger" got an Israeli passport and saw him going to the Israeli Embassy. He remembered that he didn't complain to anyone except to the Young Egyptian and thus he called El-Attar and confronted him in the cafe if knew "Joey" {The name of the Stranger" El-Attar panicked and said that he didn't know any Israelis and left immediately , as you notice my dear reader "Hamadan" didn't mention anything related to Israel from near or far he just mentioned "Joey" , the panic of El-Attar was enough to make "Hamadan" head to the Egyptian Consulate to inform that there is something fishy about this young man whose name is Mohamed El-Attar , his father is an air fighter and his brother works in a very sensitive military institute

In 48 hours a team from the intelligence traveled to Turkey to see what was going on and began to follow up this young man and took photographs for him ,then they called "Hamadan" who recognized the Young Man as Mohamed El-Attar after 3 months.

In middle of April 2003 , a young man called "Ali Abd El-Hady" came to the headquarter of State Security investigation in Cairo

I would like to hint here something very important thing , some people especially from the working class don't differentiate between the State Security investigation and General Intelligence , the State Security Investigation follows the interior ministry while the other the General Intelligence follows the National Security which is higher , the first is concerned with the inner security ,while the later is from the whole National security , the first is like the FBI while the later is the CIA,I guess I said this before

 Anyhow "Abd El-Hady" a young Egyptian man came from Turkey in a family visit when he went to the State Security Investigation to report about a young Egyptian who saw frequently him going to the Israeli embassy which is located near to his work more than 10 times, already he saw that Egyptian whom he didn't know his name in the gatherings of the Arabs and Egyptians

The intelligence officers received his report and then in a meeting they showed him the photos taken for El-Attar whom he recognized immediately.

After few days later , One of the officers who were assigned in his surveillance informed the intelligence that an Egyptian called "Mohamed Hassan" who is working in a restaurant in Vancouver  went to the Egyptian Consulate and said that he saw a Christian young man called "Joseph" who sit with the Arabs and Egyptians in their gathering in Cafes and spoke a lot about their problems promising them to solve those problems through mediators who do it for free, yet none of those who were sit with him knew what he worked and who the mediators were and how they would do it for free , it was unbelievable and suspicious for "Hassan" and the Suspicion grew to the degree of informing the Consulate when he saw him going to the Israeli Embassy.

After the arrest of El-Atter he was confronted with the Egyptian witnesses

Look I said it before and I will say it again , cases can be fabricated in Egypt yet the treason and espionage cases are exceptional ,The Egyptian Intelligence don't need to fabricate cases

Already who is the hell El-Atter so they made up a case for him ???

What the intelligence will gain from the confessions of El-Atter as being Gay and converter ??

And about his torture which is a big lie made an intelligent spy that is him , the intelligence don't need to torture him or anything , already according to the reports he didn't confess immediately , he kept fooling around for three till he said what he said in front of the general attorney of State security

Look this is a real serious his files and reports were transferred to 4 Arab countries Syria,Jordan ,Palestine and Libya

El-Attar is just another traitor like Heba Salim ,Thomas,Elie Cohen and Sherif El-Falali ,these are names of spies caught by the Egyptian intelligence too

 Another update : The lawyer who was appointed by the court apologized for completing the case ,this is the second lawyer to do so

The Spies awake

We are still with El-Attar case as Canada requested officially Egypt to investigate the claims of El-Attar in the court that he confessed in front of the investigator after being tortured badly in the Egyptian intelligence , the claim which distributed Canada so much as El-Attar is considered a Canadian too, it distributed Canada because this allegation comes after the scandals of the interior ministry regarding the torture in the police stations and jails

For honesty I saw this coming and anyone would suspect in the creditability of this confession thanks to Adly torture club and its international fame

Anyhow the Egyptian official respond came today to fire back the allegations

A high Egyptian official source denied the allegations , saying that during the trial El-Attar didn't request a medical examiner to examine him to prove that he was tortured ,same thing for his lawyer who didn't request a medical examiner for his client and here is a good point ,an excellent because he was tortured in the way he described there would be remarks in his body to prove so and if there were remarks he would show them in the court to prove his allegations , but he didn't because he knows very well how big slim liar he is .

The Same source also said that the medical examiner attended and questioned El-Attar during the investigation sessions

The big surprise was that El-Attar was visited by Canadian officials from the embassy including the Consular himself and none of those officials recorded any remark about torture

From another side

Another espionage case was awake

The famous "Sherif El-Falali" case was brought up to surface by his family . His father had sent a small letter to "El-Dostor Daily saying  that his son in innocent and that his trial was a political one with in direct accusation to the president to be involved in it. I remember in the time of the "Falali" trial there were rumors about his involvement in a business with the one of the president's sons , dirty business the father revealed in letter that it was arms deal, oh yes according to the father his son was an arm dealer who was involved in selling a very  big deal to some African countries

Now for me El-Falali's case is finished because I remember how it went , at first the civilian court considered him innocent yet the military court considered him guilty and now he is jail for 15 years

I remember the trials till now and to tell you the truth I always found his parent are so provoking ,I can't forget his mother who said that her son is a religious and he has a Spanish girl friend ,another thing being an arm dealer for me is not that innocent ,I mean how many people were killed in Africa because of Mr. Falali so called trade , this doesn't make him innocent to me at all on the contrary

The father is accusing President Mubarak thanks to the fame of his sons ,especially Alaa and this wouldn't happen if they were not hated and had this bad fame honestly .

"El-Falali" 's father sent his letter to El-Dostor after those years because now there is a big suspicion regarding the latest two espionage cases especially the Nuke spy, he knows that it is a prefect time ,even his choice to send a letter to El-Dostor daily the biggest independent opposition newspaper shows that he wants to rise suspicion towards his son.

To answer back all these allegations and this not in defend of the regime , because I know the cons of it very well , I will say it again , if the regime wants someone in Jail ,it won't fake for him an espionage case that can threat the international relations of Egypt with other countries "Egypt vs. Canada in Case of El-Attar and Egypt vs Spain in Case of El-Falali" , if they want him in jail ,they will charge with other 1000 Charges

and again in the worst times of the intelligence during Salah Nasr and his moral scandals where People used to be kidnapped from other countries in coffins ,there was no single case that spying was used as a charge

I am not defending the intelligence because they don't need my defend but this is what I think and believe , i am not kind of a girl who lives in the dream of Adham Sabri and I guess this is obvious from my blog and coverage to the news there ,I just say this because I can take any more of this

What we are dealing unfortunately is the result of the constant lying of the regime and the hate that people began to feel towards it thanks to inhuman treatment of the security forces in the interior ministry that the intelligence and the army began to pay the price , now as a result of the stupid political security policies every convicted with a murder or drug dealing or treason will claim that he confessed under the torture !!

Ok It is not a scoop or something ,as I scanned from "Sowat El-Oma" newspaper from an article written by journalist "Reda Awad"

New information I found in the article about what happened in the court last week.

As you know the trial was adjourned to the 26th of March and that session will be the last one and will determine El-Attar's fate,either innocent and will be free or guilty and will be jailed for 15 years I guess

Also this trial beside the two official from the Canadian Embassy , an official from the Israeli Embassy attended it too.

El-Attar mother cried during the session , of course she will be , her son is a very bad position but I am sorry if I seem tough but if El-Attar is turned to be really guilty "and there is a big percentage for this" both she and his father are as guilty as him.

Treason is not justified but if we look closer to the life of Mohamed El-Attar as we read it in the media , we will find that both his parents had their role , I don't speak about divorce ,in fact divorce can be better for the children but I mean abandoning him , his father didn't see till the age of 5 and only took him for one month at that age and returned him back again to his mother's family because he couldn't handle his bad behavior , he was a spoiled brute at 5 years old !!! I don't give damn if that man fought the October war or not , but you have to know that he didn't see his son or care about him as if he didn't exist , if you remember the earlier posts about El-Attar ,I remember very good that his uncle that his father dropped him from his calculations !!

Well I guess he miscalculated this operation

Now to the mother , the mother left her son with her parents , got married from some engineer and left Egypt and traveled with her husband and new family to Algeria. The grandfather of El-Attar ,the Sheikh seemed to be a violent person who used to hit him in order to make him pray , which made the young boy hates the Islam from inside

In the age of 12 years old he was rapped by someone in the neighborhood and I think that no helped him or in other better words he didn't find anyone to help him , the rape caused implications which led to his homosexuality, I didn't mention this earlier because I think it was not important but here I am speaking about a person who suffered a lot thanks to his parents

When he was in the third year in University ,he had to leave Egypt in order to escape a court order of imprisonment 4 years because of a debt equal to large sum of money , thousands of it , neither his father or his mother stood beside him ,his ex-lawyer who defended him in the first case , the debt one said that his situation after his grand father death was so so so bad , especially the economic one

Arab countries request the files of El-Attar with more updates and information

Back again to El-Attar Spying file and news , more updates happened this week and more surprises are exposed to the public

First of all it is announced that four Arab countries requested from Egypt the file and confessions of Mohamed Essam El-Attar the accused of spying on the Arabic community in Canada

Already in the confessions El-Attar said that he succeeded in recruiting several Arabs and Egyptians to work for the Israeli Mossad

And it seemed to me that some Arab countries interested in knowing the nationalities of those Arabs working for Mossad because some of them as is said in the investigation and in the confessions are students who will return to their home countries soon

It is announced today that four Arab countries requested the files , I won't guess or think but I think the among four Arab countries Syria will be the first country , the other Arab countries can be Lebanon , Jordan and Saudi Arabia or Iraq.

But Syria is the first country I guess which requested the files and the confessions ,there is a huge Syrian community , Syria is a hostile country to Israel and the Scenario of Elie Cohen can be repeated if it is not early prevented  "Hey Qwaider"

More shocking facts began to appear on Surface it seemed that El-Attar targeted the gays and those in bad financial needs in the Arabic communities in Canada ,well it is expected ,in fact it is the classical scenario

The Bank where he worked was Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce,his position was teller and he worked in Toronto branch

Another interesting fact about his homosexuality , he married four Arab gay men in front of a civil court and divorced them , but despite what this fact can disgust some and shock some other , those four marriage were prepared by the Mossad in order to give those guys he married the Residence right in Canada

You see the Gay Marriage in Canada is easy plus it can give for some the refugee for so-called Human reasons especially if they come from countries that prohibit homosexuality like Egypt

I don't know really I listen to his ex-lawyer who declined the case after reading the shocking confessions he said that he thought that he may not be a gay in fact he pretended to be a gay to get the refugee of course in his interview he didn't mention the forbidden affair with the Mossad officer, I felt he was shy to say it on air

Also he said something interesting regarding the conversion from Islam to Christianity , he said that he doubts that El-Attar changed his religion for real in fact he prayed with the Muslims in Canada as a Muslim , and he prayed with the Christians as a Christian there too

By the way some interesting fact some wise pants in Egypt who would like to have a refugee in a foreign country in a hope to get a work , go to the United Nations refugees mission in some countries and pretend that they are gays or Muslims who are converted to Christianity who fled away from Opression in Egypt !! in order to get the Refugee for human reasons ,of course there are wise pants and rats too

Anyhow in the case of El-Attar I think it is more than a trick Mossad made or he made to get the refugee , I think he is a gay and converter sorry got no religion at all

In the end I am so happy with the request of the four Arab countries coz it enforces what I think about that troubled young man

The Canadians on the Egyptian Spy

You know I was interested in knowing the Canadian respond on the case of the Egyptian Spy El-Attar especially that he lived and worked in Canada and took the citizenship in last November 2006.The Canadian respond was important to me because already in this espionage case there are two wanted Israeli Mossad officers who are now in Canada and Egypt requested the Interpol to arrest them .

Already as soon as the case was announced the Israeli Security Minster traveled from the United States to Canada and began visits to the Jewish lobby there saying that Egypt fabricated the whole case to the end of this talk

Already the Israeli Minister went to Canada as soon as he could to avoid any diplomatic crisis between his country and Canada ,you see Canada warned Israel before from using its land and id in its secret service operations.

Anyhow after one week the new Canadian respond began to take shape

First of all there is no extradition agreement between Canada and Egypt, so Israel would calm down now  ,already I expected this and even if there were an extradition agreement the Mossad Israeli trio won't be delivered in Egypt whether dead or alive ,Israel won't let its men fall like Azzam Azzam again ,come in early 1973 they bombed the famous flight of TV host Salwa Hagzy from Libya because they knew that inside of it a Mossad agent arrested and was on his way to Cairo. They can sacrifice 100 of El-Attar but not a Secret service officer , anyhow as I said before I know that was going to happen and already I believe both the Intelligence and General attorney knew that was going to happen , the publishing of the names and nicknames of the trio-Mossad officers were to uncover them only.

Second of all believe or not Now the Canadians start the blaming game not with Israel which used its land and id threatening the national security of other countries from it no , it is Egypt who is to be blamed this time

First of all officially the Canadian government didn't say anything till now ,it only watches.

The second part of the post depends on the Globe and Mail articles and you have to register for free and to read them all and I recommend to do this

Second of all it is not the Canadian government only who watches but also the Amnesty International Canada ,which despite it didn't announce anything officially as the only news related to Egypt in their archive now is about the Massacre of the Sudanese refugees last year but some where I read in some Canadian Source that the vice head of the Amnesty International Canada said that the organization is watching the incident carefully and that they are afraid that the confessions were taken under torture !! I am afraid this is the version which will be heard soon too often to defend the Spy abroad , the human rights bloody game already in one of Canada' famous Newspaper "Globe and Mail" which is my primary source here ,I found this interesting article related to the Spy under the title "Confession likely obtained through torture, experts say" ,already you will find an interesting name here in the article "Mamdouh Ismail" who is definitely sure that the guy was mistreated , for God Sake he is a traitor do you expect him to have a 5 stars treatment ??!!

Anyhow it makes me sick when I read the article from one thing , the misconception between the Egyptian Police and the Egyptian Intelligence , in fact the second headline in the article is "Egyptian police brutality ' just systematic'" !! I don't know if the correspondent is fool or the Egyptians speaking in the reports are playing the role of fool , this is not an Egyptian Police case , the Egyptian Police had nothing to do with it , it is a national Security case led and operated till now by the Egyptian Intelligence I swear it is the Egyptian intelligence which is headed by the Peace and negotiation number 1 advocate General Omar Soliman , who no one in Egypt from those speakers can say anything about directly including the Journalist who wrote this article.You know it is like giving the missions of the C.I.A to the F.B.I !! The Egyptian Intelligence is like the C.I.A

You know I swear I saw this coming as a result of the bad reputation of the Egyptian Security abroad thanks to the Police Brutality , really it makes me sick ,so sick , when the UNCHR spokesperson says to the Globe and Mail that Mohamed Essam Ghoneim el-Attar is acknowledged to be at risk of persecution in Egypt !!! Really if the Police stops the brutally all those tongues will be shut up and don't dare to speak one single letter that suspect the case

Already the big surprise is from EL-Attar family believe or not despite I don't justify treason at all , but I think that young man was the victim of his family whether his father's or his mother's , you remember his father's family attack on him and the promises of the father to kill if he is proven to be guilty and the uncle attack on him in media , well guess what the Uncle is asking the help of Canada as  he is a "Canadian after all !!"

Strangely the Globe and Mail found a Woman in a Vancouver who believes she met El-Attar at her church in 2003 and despite her belief that he couldn't be a spy yet she felt something strange about him , Anne-Rose Sims knew him as "William" and he also told her a story that she doubted immediately that he had gotten a Christian cross tattooed on his arm, which prompted his Muslim father to lock him in the house and that he jumped through a window to get away, driving his family's BMW right to the Cairo airport !! I know where the doubt came , it came from the "BMW" and "right to the Cairo airport" not to mention his disappearance and the Egyptian Christian professor who found him "Strange" ,You know it is enough to read Mrs Sims testimony and she is Canadian to feel that something fishy about El-Attar especially when you know that in the official reports of the National Security in Egypt that El-Attar spent 6 months in Vancouver before moving to Toronto

Not that only now the columnists and writers in Canada are wondering how could "Cairo Secret agents" spy on Canadian Citizens ?? I am sorry but El-Attar only took the citizenship in last November 2006 ,while the Surveillance of El-Attar or knowing his activities by the Egyptian authority was from 2002 or 2003 , I am sorry but Canadians should be very thankful that the Egyptian intelligence now don't use the old techniques of the coffins and they respect now the protocols ,in 1960s ,they didn't care much for the protocols and the sovereignty of the other countries , spies were arrested in other countries and brought to Egypt drugged in coffins ,yes in coffins and they were transferred as dead people par Avion , the famous two known examples were the famous Salwa Hagzy airplane in 1973 which I mentioned earlier and it was bombed because an Israeli Mossad officer was lying sleeping in a coffin , on that plane there was the foreign Libyan Minister who was a very dear friend to My Grand father , to a very near time the reason why Israel bombed this plane was an enigma till Dr. Nabil Farouk , the famous espionage writer revealed the dirty secret , not this incident in 1960 the famous National fencing team Egypt Air flight was bombed coming from Rome to Cairo because of one of those coffins , also Nabil Farouk revealed that dirty secret and My Grand father hinted to me as he was going to be one of the passengers but he missed the flight thank God 1000 times ,in fact my Grand father was from the earliest Journalists who covered the incident from Rome ,of course back then they didn't know why or may be he knew the reason but kept it as a secret till he died ,already I knew the truth after his death may Allah bless his soul. Well it is not the Egyptian Intelligence who used to use that technique , in fact the C.I.A is still using it and Emam Abu Omar is the best example ,kidnapping him from Italy ,come on at least we stopped using this technique .

Canadians should n't speak about the Surveillance of Canadian citizens ,I am sorry but our secret agents don't go any Canadian citizens ,they go behind those who knew that they are planning or doing something that will or is hurting Egypt and thus they must be stopped , it is not Egypt alone that does so , All the countries around world who have an active national security system do the the same including Canada and the United States above all.Already the government in Ottawa didn't comment on anything till now because it knows very well what Egypt did is legal ,Egypt did the job according the book too much ,I mean if you don't give damn to the Sovereignty of Canada he would suddenly disappear since 2003 at least he would n't have recruited those Arab and Egyptian spies they are speaking about now , but we had to wait all those years till he came to Egypt to the Egyptian sovereignty to be arrested.

I am sorry but we are not to be blamed in protecting our country but it is Israeli is the one who to be blamed , Israel is one who are using Canada and its citizenship system to recruit spies from the Arab communities there ,Israel is one who is creating diplomatic crisis between Canada and other countries .We have the right to defend ourselves. I wonder why those writers don't blame the Americans and the C.I.A for their real dirty techniques , at least we don't make coups and bring dictators because of some economic resources , we don't bomb innocent people some far away country because of some terrorists suspected to be there, all what we do is protecting our country and its future in the most suitable available way and this we don't be blamed for

Le Circus de l' Attar

Yesterday was another chapter in El-Attar espionage case , well it was a big show , the new lawyer was really serious when he described the case as "funny" , it was like the circus really

El-Attar is freaking intelligent enough to know that the media will be there from Egypt and the whole world will attend his trial and thus he began this monkey business

I am sorry if I seemed biased against him , but believe me I think he is guilty , I mean it is enough to hear him saying the court that some officer in the intelligence officer called "Nabil Mahmoud" interrogated him using indecent methods in order to get a promotion !! With my respect but is n't this a big activity to get a promotion ,I mean a surveillance across the oceans not countries to get one star !!

I mean El-Attar didn't mention why the Egyptian Intelligence picked him from all the passengers in the same flight coming from Canada to force drink his urine !!

The funny thing that he accused the National Security despite he doesn't accuse the Egyptian intelligence of anything , I don't know how but the National Security is the Egyptian Intelligence !!!

He also that the Egyptian Police treated him better than the National Secuirty , you know this is a joke , really anyhow

Anyhow it didn't stop here in fact we have just started

He said that "Mahmoud" electrocuting him and forced his to drink his urine in order to force him on signing his confessions , well except more , I swear the Intelligence now is paying the dirty fame of Adly and Co. despite they follow Omar Soliman , this makes me sick

In the court he denied to be a converter to Christianity ,he said the Islamic testimony "There is No God except Allah, and Mohamed is his Messenger" in front of the Judge and he kept shouting it during the trial , in an explanation about "his Christianity" well he said that "It was the phase of searching for Truth" , these are big words ,I mean searching for the truth of the Universe and God , reading about religions and so , of course the faith place is in heart , but there are testimonies and witnesses who testified that he is a Christian now , and what makes me think twice about his statements in the trials is the call of the Canadian lady to the Global and Mail , the famous Canadian newspaper saying that she identified the young man whose picture in the newspaper as "William" who didn't convince her with his story , he told her that he left Egypt because he converted from Islam to Christianity and his Muslim Father locked him in his room to the end of this fancy story ,this is a Canadian lady who is not Egypt and as far as I know this woman from Vancouver is not an agent for the Egyptian Intelligence as far as I think !!

May be it was from years and he returned back to Islam ,who knows as I said the faith place is in the Heart , in fact it is not our issue here if he was converted to Christianity or not , it is the spying charge we care here

Another thing he said in the court that he is not a gay and the proof on that guess what ??

The proof that he is not a gay is that he doesn't wear an earring in his ear !!

And he let the judge see it !!

* A little hint in Egypt It had known that gay people always wear earrings in their ears thanks to the 1980s

Of course it is silly ,I mean T.R Knight from E.R doesn't wear an Earring ,watch E! channel to see their gay fashion advisor in Fashion Police , this is the most stupid defense I have ever heard about , in fact I am surprised that the Judge let this show to take place , in fact it is first time I heard something like this !!???

I mean I know "Right is wrong and left is right" and I know that the meaning of single earring in some people identifies their sexuality but it is not the ultimate proof

For God Sake it is about his freaking sexuality or religion people ,it is about his treason to this country , I remember when I went to my grand mother and told her that it turned in the press that he is a gay and converter ,wisely she said that it doesn't matter after treason , I mean for God Sake we consider Straight Muslim men and women who betrayed their country and they were n't respected by the Egyptian people , his sexuality and religion conversion despite they played their role in this John Le Carre kind of story are not the main issue ,he is being punished for the principle of betraying the country

Well the Circus didn't stop here

The lawyer suddenly requested that his client to have an interview with  the Canadian Television and the reporter of the 10 o'clock TV show on Dream TV 2 Dina Massoud !! Of course it was a move from the lawyer El-Attar doesn't know who is the hell is Dina Massoud nor Mona El-Shazely , I think the lawyer made this move because Mona was covering the case from the beginning and the previous Lawyer who declined the defense of El-Attar appeared on Dream TV 2 ,he also requested to that his client to meet with the Canadian Ambassador ,here the Judge told him that he wouldn't meet with an Ambassador from Canada or Congo or even Darfur !!

He said that this case and the Danial Levy character is fictional based upon "The Impossible man" series !! I am a reader for the "Impossible man" series in my teenager and I read it since edition no.1 till 140 ,and I don't recall the existance of something similar , I mean Adham Sabri was like Jack Baur and James Bond fighting villians

 anyhow the 10 O'clock made another scoop yesterday when they managed to capture few moments with El-Attar in the parking lot when he was transferred to the prison car , he kept shouting in front of the camera saying that he didn't spy to Israel,Loves Egypt and his father fought in 1973

The case was adjourned to the next 26th of March 2007

In this period I think the Egyptian Intelligence will reply silently just like its boss and leak some evidence of his guilt to the press ,well I wish

you know I am surprised with what happened in the Court today ,I remember there was a bigger circus in Sherif El-Falali infamous case , especially his parents were beside him and they were wealthy

Look if I am biased against him and this is obvious in my somehow neutral blog , well blogging is subjective after all ,I am sorry but I read many spies cases and stories that make me believe that the Egyptian intelligence won't arrest a person for the espionage charge present his or her case to the General if it is not a 100% treason case ,oh man I think I said this over and over

Israel checks the extradition agreements ,El-Attar revenge from his father and Azzam Azzam is back

Wow this is unofficial confession that those 3 Israeli officers wanted in the latest spy rings are real work for the Mossad

Israel , exactly the Foreign  Ministry there is checking whether there is an extradition agreement between Egypt and Canada from one side ,Egypt and Turkey from another side

As One Mossad officer wanted in the case "Daniel Levy" is in Turkey ,while the other two "Tobsha and Bobay" are in Canada

well this is really indirect confession that there are persons with these names and they are Israelis and they are in Canada and Turkey ,of course didn't say they are working to the Mossad ,but that is enough to give creditability to the official statement of the Egyptian State yesterday.

From another hand a new information appeared today  about the Egyptian spy El-Attar

Daily El-Masry Yom made a huge scoop today having an interview with the father and the uncle of the young man

It turned out that the parents of El-Attar were divorced when he wasn't yet born and the father except twice ,when he was only 5 years old ,but he returned him at his mom as he was a spoiled !! and from from 5 years old when he came to the memorial service of his grand father

• I presume that in all years that didn't spend a penny on his son , and thus the boy was brought up in a very difficult economic circumstances ,and thus the boy hated his father,I won't talk about the absence of the father because that is common thing now in Egypt unfortunately

The big surprise is Essam El-Attar ,the father of the convicted used to work a pilot in the Egyptian Air forces , yes you read it right ,the man used to work as air fighter ,now he was retired and living in Tanta in Delta, and he is ready to kill his own son by himself if it is proven

• Another attempt to analysis the personality of that spy ,I think that young man intended to go to the Israeli Embassy in Ankara and work as a spy for the Israelis and he knew what they represent to Egypt and Egyptians from enemies not for the need of money but also to humiliate his father , he hates I think and thus he hates his profession and what it means from devotion and sacrifice to the nation, already his uncle said in the same report that the young man always had fights with his fathers that the later "didn't include him in his calculations" and that's mean he didn't consider him his son ,well after this scandal I guess he will regret that he didn't include him in his calculation,anyhow the father said that he is ready to kill him by his own hands if he was found guilty by treason !!

Another shocking surprise that young man turned to be the great grandson of Sheikh Hassan El-Attar of Al-Azhar ,one of the Pioneers of the Modern Egypt who combined Islam with Modern thinking and patriotism , it is enough to know that Sheikh Rafea El-Tahatawi was from his students, it is a disgrace and I think now he is not resting in his tomb ,but what can I say Amina El-Barodwy the grand daughter of the great Egyptian Poet in 19th Sammy El-Barodwy the Poet of sword and poetry was a spy to the Germans in WWII and she had affairs with the British generals !!!

Another surprise appeared today that is El-Attar considered a very dangerous important spy that Israel since last month requested him in a swap process for the Egyptians in the Israeli prisons for criminal charges freedom,there is no Egyptian in the Israeli prison for political reason as far as I know , of course Egypt refused the offer

Strangely if you are Egyptian or are living in Egypt and you may have last month the strange campaign in the opposition and intendment newspapers after a report published in Israel mentioned their conditions ,strangely those newspapers requested the interfere of Egypt , I guess Israel deliberately published that report in order to force the Egyptian regime to accept the deal by creating a public pressure on it , well they are dreamers if they think in that way.

I think this goes to fact that this scandal comes after the grand defeat of Lebanon July 2006 which showed how stupid and weak the Mossad became that they could n't know where the hell the two captured soldiers or the missiles places or Hassan Nasrallah's place !!?? Everyone knows that the War of Lebanon July 2006 was a complete intelligence Israeli planning fiasco ,the Israelis didn't understand or expect the resistance of Hezbollah and the counter attack that for the first time since the Royal Egyptian Air Forces on in 1948 Tel Aviv ,the inside cities were targeted ,that showed a big failure

Well as someone who reads a lot in the history of intelligence in the Middle East I think that this Israeli fiasco comes from the fact they are so arrogant ,they think that they are smarter than those Arabs , but that's problem in the field of intelligence , because arrogance in normal life not in the intelligence field makes you blind and thus you will fall down.

I don't underestimate the Mossad at all on the contrary they are smart bastards ,in fact I believe the only real three intelligence services in the region  are the Egyptian "of course I am biased" , Mossad and Iranian ,the rest are only intelligence service made to protect the regimes not the nations

A Spy is caught in Egypt

Oh yes it had been a long time when I heard that a spy in caught in Egypt since Sherif El-Falfai for couple of years

A spy working for Israeli Mossad was arrest in January 2006 and was sent to the Grand National security court today and thus the news official reached out to Press

The Spy is Mohammed Essam Ghonam El-Attar,31 years old , has two passports one Egyptian and one is Canadian , a student in the 3rd year in the faculty of Sciences University of Al-Azhar !! "Oh boy Al-Azhar ,I thought they teach them that loyalty to the nation is part of the religion"

He was arrested in the Cairo airport last month January 2007 on the first day of the year ,the 1st while he was coming for a family visit from Canada.There are others to be arrested in what they considered a spy ring , Israeli threes.Already they informed the Israeli Embassy with a letter , I don't know but do the authorities in Egypt and the intelligence think that the Israelis would give up their men that easy ,or it is just silly international protocol to be followed in such circumstance , of course the Israeli Embassy is too busy to respond on the letter ,they are busy in protecting the ambassador from the Maadi slayer !!

Now the details of El-Attar life and recruitment to work in Israel I believe is bit different between Filbalad and Ha'atrz

• El-Attar began his work with the Israeli Mossad in August 2001 ,when he traveled to Canada ,went to the Israeli Embassy and offered his espionage services and thus he was recruited , before going to Canada ,he went to Turkey in July 2001 for terrorism

In 2001 after finishing his third year in Al-Azhar University in the faculty of Science, El-Attar went to Turkey with a tourist visa but he wanted to work there and never return back to Egypt as he felt that he didn't belong to the Egyptian society "is he a gay or something ??" but of course he couldn't take the working visa because it means he will have to pay Turkish taxes so he took a tourist visa , he chose Turkey because it was easiest and nearest from the other European country .As soon as he arrived to Ankara the young man didn't waste his time and went directly to the United Nations commission for refugees in order to get a refugee to any western country for human reason, after that he met "Daniel Levy ",he said that in the investigation he met him the Commission of the refugees ,but I think he met him in the Israeli Embassy because the National security investigation said that he had offered his services to the Israeli Embassy in Ankara , think about it is more logic

Anyhow El-Attar trusted "Levy" and told him everything about his life circumstances and so Levy in a way to win the trust of El-Attar helped him to get the refugee right in Turkey.Look I believe that El-Attar knew very well the price and that's why it was not long in a period of month he was recruited and trained to spy on the Egyptian and Arab community there in Ankara especially in their meeting places especially Cafe "Miser" near the Egyptian Embassy in Ankara and it seemed he was good in it ,because in few weeks he would leave to Canada with another passport and a whole new id with the Name "Joseph Ramzy Atia" ,yes an Egyptian Christian , the Egyptian Christian community there in Canada is huge one where he was received by "Kamal Tobsha" another Israeli Mossad officer who provided him a work in a fast food restaurant , "El-Attar" who then became "Joseph" was spying on Egyptians and Arabs , writing reports about them for "Tobsha" and scouting those who could work for the Mossad

Then he was ordered to move to "Toronto" where there is a big Egyptian Arab community ,he was received by another Mossad officer "Tongay Bobay" who provided him with a job in a fast food near the main mosque in "Toronto" , his assignment was as like the previous ones ,spying and scouting ,writing reports

It began to change when "Bobay" provided him in a job in a Bank ,where he should do the following and read it carefully to collect information on the Egyptians and Arabs accounts there,he wrote notes about the size of their accounts ,their phone numbers ,their personalities , and scout those who can work with the Mossad.He took the Canadian citizenship in November 2006 and there he asked for permission from "Baboy" to come in Egypt

The Egyptian Intelligence knew about him since the 26 January 2002 exactly,yet they couldn't arrest him while in Canada ,as he is considered a Canadian so they waited as soon as he stepped the Egyptian land in Cairo airport he was arrested on the 1st of January 2007 in a family visit that was the first from 2002 , and by the way he was supposed to go to Israel after that visit through Jordan!! I guess he missed that trip

I don't know but this is the first time I believe to arrest an Egyptian spy who was spy outside Egypt in foreign countries like Canada and Turkey ,Of course it is clever and good for the Egyptian intelligence but I don't know about the legal point of view

Another thing won't Canada scream about its spy citizen ?? as he got the Canadian citizenship !!!

You know that traitor is not the first one to offer his services to work against his country and people as in the official statement they said that he offered his services to the Israeli Embassy ;before him there was the famous case of the spy that worked after 1967 for Israel in Alexandria's harbor I guess his name was "Gaber" ,it was turned to a movie starting "Noor El-Sherif" and "Norah"

The Names of the other Israeli Intelligence officers which are wanted in the care are the following

• "Daniel Levy" and his nickname is "Avi" and he is in Turkey
• "Kamal Kobsha" got two citizenship Turkish and Israeli ,and he is in Canada
• "Tongay Bobay" ,his nickname is "Daniel" got 2 citizenship also Turkish and Israeli ,he is also in Canada

of course those guys we won't see them as I referred ,I don't know even why they bothered and put their names , may be they want to expose them ,you know the kind of making them useless in Canada and Turkish, their cover is no longer useful

Look I was angry because of the inside Security issue in Egypt and the police scandal ,but thank God 1000 times that we got other kind of security to protect us and Egypt , I hate treason , this guy had no reason what so ever and don't give me the nonsense of human rights and that the torture in Egyptian Jails and Canada will scream for their citizen , well he deserved ,already he is one big fat liar , I don't know but he is talented in lying I mean a  Muslim Egyptian goes to Canada as Egypt Christian , socialize with the Egyptian community there and of course the Christian Egyptian and it is big one with all the sensitivity ,and then returned back to Egypt , that guy could have been like Levy Cohen if he wasn't arrested as soon as his dirty foot touch the kind soil of the protected Egypt

The last chapter of El-Attar : Guilty

It is now official that El-Attar is a spy as the Egyptian judicial system sees him so , it is no longer alleged spy but he is a spy according to the verdict today after two months in front of the courts

According to verdict El-Attar is going to stay in jail for 15 years for spying on Egyptians and Arabs for the sake for a foreign country "Israel" and to pay a fine equal to 10,000 Egyptian pounds that is equal 1760 $

The 15 years in jail is the maximum punishment for espionage in time of Peace , where as in time of war it can reach to execution according to the Egyptian law

Now I expect some will suspect the verdict but let me one thing it is not good to criticize the Egyptian judicial system when you don't like the verdict and praise it when you like the verdict .

I mean most the of western newspapers were shut up about the unjust verdicts against the MB concerning the fortunes they have.

Another thing it is not about his sexual orientation or his religious belief ,it is about his treason which now I can speak of freely after the Judges decision.
