If you remember last time we had Israeli VIP visits before the last war intending to embarrass and to isolate Mubarak in the Arab world more and more.
If things did not escalate in Gaza in the past hours , I would say he was visiting Mubarak to check his health.
Mubarak by the way has written back to Rabbi Ovadia thanking him for his wishes and prayers.
