Abu El Fotoh En Jesuit in video and his presidential program is finally here.

Here are three short video clips in Arabic I recorded for presidential candidate Dr. Abdel Moneim Abu El Fotoh during his lecture in Jesuit School “CSF” which I covered last Wednesday.

Here is the first clip showing the answer of Dr. Abu El Fotoh about a question regarding the citizenship concept in Egypt.

Abu El Fotoh speaks about citizenship

The second clip Abu El Fotoh speaks about the concept of the civil state and its history. You will noticed that he was backed up by his political advisor Rabab El Mahdy who supported his definition for the civil state.

Abu El Fotoh Speaks about civil state concept

The third and last clip I recorded in video was his answer about a question regarding the Egyptian-Southern Sudanese relations and South Sudan.

Abu El Fotoh speaks about South Sudan

Now after registering as a presidential candidate yesterday Abu El Fotoh campaign released the presidential program of the strong Islamist candidate on the same day. You can read the program in Arabic here.

Abu El Fotoh presidential program

I think this is the first presidential candidate to present a full program for real. Now I have gone through it fast and I have written several remarks about it quickly :

  • The language used in the presidential program PDF is targeting the educated and intelligentsia class , the language used in the presidential program is hard for the average Egyptian citizen who does not know the meaning of a concept like sustainable development. I hope that the presidential program is simplified especially its economic parts.
  • I think Islamic Sharia was mentioned 3 times only in the 45 pages Program.
  • Are we going to have a new constitution if he becomes the president instead of the one the constituent assembly wants to draft !?
  • He wants a semi-presidential state. “Abu Ismail wants a Presidential state while Muslim brotherhood wants a parliamentary state”
  • He believes in decentralization in governorates , local councils and municipals and how governors and mayors are going to be elected.
  • He is with the freedom of unions and syndications.

I still need to go through the program again especially the economic part of it. These are my initial thoughts.

  1. He said absolutely nothing new on South Sudan.

He said nothing about perceptions of inequity and injustice re: the Nile Basin Agreements by 'all' States upstream of Egypt about how they were treated, not just under Mubarak but under those who came before him.

    Rhetoric, rhetoric....and yet more rhetoric.

The Umma Party conspiring against Sudan? : )

Whilst the Umma Party gave Sudan its independence??

The Umma Pary conspiring with Israel when it wasn't in control of the country and didn't have 'hard power'?

He hasn't been to Sudan and would have been declared a popular 'persona non grata' there if he dared to say anything against the Umma Party.

If he had any such views he should have made them clear when he approached Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi's office for a meeting and during their meeting.

Historical studies based on cited references should be analysed through those references ... References were based on dates , persons and otherwise can't be verified with talk only.. I admire your repect for your Imam's but in this case you can't hold much..

Moreover, there is a latest release about his role on helping the Ethiopians on their attempt to invade Sudan in 1979 ...

An 'alleged' role in helping Ethiopia in an 'alleged' 'attempted' invasion of Sudan...

      Poppycock.

The reality on the ground sees:
Halayeb as being unilaterally invaded and occupied by Mubarak's regime since the mid-90's and you condoning it

And the High Dam being the 'worst' example in the world for transboundary harm versus no transboundary benefit and you not admitting it.

Sudan's historical engagement with Egypt, and till this day is negative-sum whilst Sudan's engagement with Ethiopia today is positive-sum.

We respect each other and no group claims a sense of entitlement to the other.

Any politician who copied Egypt led to Sudan's division because Egypt is a centralised 'Arab' Republic and we are the antithesis of that and the Umma Party's positions have historically been at loggerheads with official Egypt.

Nile Crocodile what do you know of Sudan's parties of political makeup?
As much as Abu Ismail and his barefaced lies and ignorance whilst claiming to 'know' Sudanese judges and politicians (he doesn't)?

If this was coming from anyone but Egyptians who are beneficiaries of their State's relationship with Israel then it would have some credence but your hypocrisy is laughable.

Observer what do you know about Sudanese perspectives...?

The Sudan Liberation Movement of Darfur has ties with Israel as does the Justice and Equality Movement of Darfur...

The Sudanese Communist Party made contact with Israelis early on in our history.

Someone whose country has strategic military, economic and diplomatic relations with Israel cannot speak on behalf of a peoples' he or she knows nothing about.

Halayeb, the High Dam and transboundary harm and inequity are all specific problems that are Egyptian in origin.

Anyone with a semblance of intellect would know that.

The problem about dealing with Israel at that low level is that the Israeilis say that he was PAID ..
I don't think that " Sudan Liberation Movement of Darfur " and " Sudanese Communist Parties" were paid , assuming that your allegations are right.I doubt this because they didn't mention any of this in the documents revealed by the Israeili Government... If you want to believe the Israelis spy talk, that's your choice.

Hypocrisy is when you have the level of relations that you do with Israel and then use it as an outdated bogeyman against Ethiopia's development of its water resources.

    I repeat:

If this was coming from anyone but Egyptians who are beneficiaries of their State's relationship with Israel then it would have some credence but your hypocrisy is laughable.

Provide evidence that Egypt proposed a referendum in Halayeb...

You treated Israel with more respect than Sudan when you took the dispute over Taba to international arbitration whilst refusing to do the same with Sudan.

We don't buy your incoherence over Israel, it's last Century's news, there are Sudanese in Israel, those who make it without getting shot, find a new bogeyman.

    Blame it on Egypt?

No, Egypt isn't happy with Qatar's leading diplomatic role and its openness to all parties, including Israel.

Egypt believes it has a historical monopoly over all things.

If the accusations of relations with Israel were coming from anyone but Egyptians who are beneficiaries of their State's relationship with Israel themselves then it would have some credence but your hypocrisy is laughable.

    Your hypocrisy is rife.

You have the strongest relations with Israel, and others are following suit.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

I'm sorry to say that Egypt's future doesn't look too bright what with the dimwitted figures you have that are contesting its Presidency.

Where did you say you were from..?

There is no 'we' between a Sudanese like myself and an Egyptian like you.

And yes 'Arabism' and 'Centralism' is the bane of Sudanese nationhood and all of the foolish older generation who copied Nasser are to blame, as well as his interference in Sudan's affairs and sabotage of Sudanese democracy which was always dominated 'through the ballot box by........
Mahdists, Ansar and the Umma Party.

And for your information the Umma Party, particularly as-seyyid Mubarak Al-Mahdi's faction enjoy excellent relations with the Southern Sudanese, I was in Juba myself and we discussed many issues including Jonglei.

Before Muhammad Ali's invasion we were peoples who were intermarrying and slowly getting to know one another and gelling.

Cairo's obsession with its larger mission 'used us' for gold, negroid foot soldiers and maintaining a presence in the Upstream Nile....and Cairo's mentality has not undertaken any serious revision more than 200 years later.

Jonglei has everything to do with anything Egypt does towards Sudan or South Sudan because Jonglei is Egypt's obsession and life-life and 'we' and the Southern Sudanese are united in our rejection of it and of the 1959 Agreement and of Egypt's historical positions towards Sudan and Ethiopia.

Halayeb has everything to do with any pathetic attempts by Egypt to mediate between Sudan and South Sudan because firstly both sides know that all Egypt cares about is Jonglei and secondly 'faqid
alshey2 la ya36eeh' - how can a country which illegally and forcibly occupies a part of Sudan and refuses to go to international arbitration mediate...?

    It's logic.

Egypt's forcible, unilateral occupation of Halayeb is an affront to all the Sudanese, and that Egyptians criticise everything that Mubarak did apart from it is telling and we will never, ever, ever allow the issue of Halayeb's sovereignty to go, across the generations.

When the Spring returns to Sudan we won't have this kind of nonsense and quickly may it come.

You want to think of me as not being Sudanese because of my intellect and eloquence and because of my independent thinking.

Let it be known to you and all that there are many, many, many Sudanese who share my views outside of the Mahdist / Ansari / Umma camp.

Where did you say you were from again...?

Was Muhammad Ali an 'Arabist'? : )
You don't even know your own history!

The SPLM is fighting the NCP through Heglig in a negative-sum game since both sides are economically crippling each other.

And the SPLM attack on Heglig was very foolish and they have no international support, not even from the United States, so they are happy to hold onto Egyptian overtures of mediation to give them some sort of standing and legitimacy.

They know how to push Egypt's buttons through the Jonglei mirage which neither they, nor we support.

When was the last Spring in Sudan?
The last Spring in Sudan was in 1986 when free and fair elections were staged and Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi was elected as Prime Minister.

    And a new Spring awaits...

It is not about vendettas it's about hot nations all over the world engage.

It is about a present that is built on past inequity and injustice.

It's about us having enough of this,

Of your provocative interpretation of our history,

Of your sense of entitlement to our land and resources and

of your justification of Mubarak's illegal, unilateral occupation of Halayeb and your refusal to take the dispute to International Arbitration, whilst you did the same with *Israel* which you then accuse us of colluding with!

The Spring is coming and what a sweet Spring it will be!

      Too true.

They can't believe that a Sudanese person would dare to not toe the Egyptian line and sing Egypt's praises and be dialectically subservient to Egypt.

Proves how little they do know.

Their mass thinking when it comes to Egypt's foreign affairs / role, at least the people on here is chillingly Orwellian.

I've had the balls to say where I come from - unlike you....

And I've said that I've been to Juba and 'we' Northerners and Southerners discussed Jonglei and agreed that it was not for our interests so it should be shelved, and this is the official position of the Government of South Sudan.

Apart from not saying where you are from, you haven't been to Sudan as evidenced by your ignorant assertions that Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi achieved 'nothing' as a Prime Minister.

And what of Sudan's achievements and development do you know......apart from broad brushed statements???

Muhammad Ali is past but his legacy remains in your ignorant attitudes of entitlement towards Sudan and her resources,

Nasser is past but his Godforsaken Dam which is the 'worst' example of transboundary harm and negative-sum hydro-engagement remains and 'you' remain its beneficiaries and 'we' remain its victims,

Mubarak is past but his legacy in the Egyptian arrogance and intransigence over taking Halayeb to international arbitration, just like it did with your strategic partner Israel remains...

If you knew anything about Mahdists / Ansar / the Umma Party you would know that we despise Sudan's criminal President so bringing him up gives a lot away about your mentality - his ideas are repugnant, yet you latch onto his scare-mongering over your strategic partner Israel...

Where did you say you were from..??

Everything we have stated regarding our rejection of the sense of entitlement Egyptians feel they have towards Sudan,

Their glorification of our enemy Muhammad Ali and his dynasty,

Their glorification of the despicable High Dam and its engineer Nasser that is the 'worst' example in the world of transboundary harm and negative-sum hydro-engagement,

Their ignorance of Sudanese affairs and the inequity of the 1959 Agreement and our support of the new Nile Basin Cooperative Framework Agreement,

Our utter rejection of Egypt's double standard in handling the Halayeb dispute by defending its illegal, unilateral military occupation and not going to international arbitration the same way it did with its strategic partner Israel,

Their silence at the fate of the Sudanese civil society leaders from Halayeb who are incarcerated in Egyptian prisons and Sheikh Hasaay who was tortured to death...

    All the above stand 'true'.

And going back to the post, Dr Abul Futouh should definitely be smarter than to think that Egypt would have prevented the referendum in South Sudan !

Schizo - you are not Sudanese...

The 1989 Coup was purely military to the whole world, no one knew it was Islamist until it was entrenched in power months later...

Who gave international support to the soldiers overthrowing the legitimate democratically elected government led by Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi?
    Egypt.

No one is responding to you.
Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi's intellectual accumen is internationally recognised and it just kills you inside that he is so intelligent whilst not towing the Egyptian line...
And Dr Turabi is similar in that he does not fawn to Egypt...

Al-Amir AbdelRahman is not an active Umma Party member and the Umma Party is a vital part of the civil opposition.

    What exactly is your point..?

The Mahdiyya is the pride and glorious past, it is the entrenched present and the future promise of Sudan, something that only 'we' Sudanese can appreciate.

Why are you so ashamed about saying where you come from?

Oh so Bashir is a tyrant now...?

Was he not a tyrant when he overthrew a civilian, democratically, elected government with 'your' support..?

You are so not used to democracy...

Al-Amir AbdelRahman's 'advisory' capacity in the Presidency has been the source of much unease in the Umma Party, and the faction that is led by As-seyyid Mubarak Al-Mahdi, which is the most popular faction with the youth and the closest one to the South, is against it...

The Fashqa is not an open-air prison, Sudanese citizens are not detained and imprisoned without charges and tortured to death in Ethiopian prisons because of it.

Much of the international boundary between Sudan and Ethiopia was not delimited, however it has not witnessed 'an occupation' and the transformation of a section of it into an open-air prison like Halayeb...

You are the selective ones by condemning everything Mubarak did apart from his unilateral, illegal occupation of Halayeb.

Sudan's international boundary with Ethiopia has never witnessed the flooding of Sudanese land, for Ethiopia's benefit, like what Egypt under Nasser did with the Godforsaken High Dam....

Sudan's international boundary with Ethiopia is a focal point of interests: people and goods flow freely - this could not be more difference in Egypt's case.

    So stop lying.

    Whereabouts in Darfur?

    Which tribe?

What language do your people speak?

    I don't believe you.

No Darfuri would ever say PFFFF or refer to their person by using reference to the Nile.

Darfur is not within the Nile Basin and Darfur is replete with its own natural characteristics which 'real' Darfuris are proud of.

What do you know of Darfur's role in the Mahdiyya?

    You're an Egyptian impostor.

You're knowledge of Sudan and Sudanese affairs is scant.

Shameless liar I now respect you even less, if that is at all possible.

What do you know about the New Sudan..?

    How old are you?

You think I'm not Sudanese because I don't tow the Egyptian line and believe in Egypt's sense of entitlement or delusions of grandeur, just like many other Sudanese and all Ansaris and Mahdists.

And coming on this blog (myself and other Sudanese) has proven to us how little Egyptians know about Sudan, how outdated their views are and how divergent our respective views of 'each other' in the world are.

What a feeble attempt at reverse psychology you liar, claiming you're a Darfuri in Khartoum...

It seems that your brain isn't capable of accommodating democracy.

Al-Amir AbdelRahman is the President's advisor on a personal basis, he has no position in the Umma Party and I support as-seyyid Mubarak Al-Mahdi's position on this issue...

Regarding Halayeb we support and are in contact with the Eastern Front, the indigenous peoples of Halayeb who have a long history of customary governance and their calls for international arbitration.

You know nothing about history - if you did you would know that the Sudanese are suspicious of Egypt's claims to Sudan and fed up of its sense of entitlement to it.

A 'Unionist' led parliament (that was on the Egyptian payroll) could not do anything but 'bow to public pressure' and declare independence in 1955...

Of course you wouldn't know that...

You and the owner of this blog are like ostriches hiding your heads in the sand.

Your High Dam is the worst example in modern history of negative-sum hydro-engagement and that much is fact.

There are no open air prisons on the Sudanese-Ethiopian border, like there is in Halayeb which the Egyptian army illegally occupies and that much is fact.

It simply kills you inside to encounter Sudanese who do not tow the Egyptian line, and there have been many - Al-Imam AbdelRahman Al-Mahdi, Muhammad Ahmad Al-Mahjoub, AbdAllah Al-Tayyib Al-Majthoub, Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi.

The dinosaurs who believed like you do that Egypt was something special and was entitled to special things are no longer with us.

One thing remains here , YOU CLAIMING that all the problems that we are in today and the wars that we are facing are only due to one reason EGYPT , it is completly ignorance ... You should seek help , they are not paying you to be so stupid .. It should be done in a better way...

We Sudanese are suffereing from the lack of leaders with high IQ , they are all after their personal interests and giving excusees for collaborateurs like YOUR Abdel Rahman in their conquest for power .. Al-Mahdi family and his Inlaw have contributed with a big share in the distruction of Modern Sudan ..

Oh and Professor Ali whose article we posted is also 'stupid' right..?

The Mahdi family is a red line that you should not cross without giving 'your' details...

People identified key areas where the relationship was a 'failure' due to Egypt's actions, and your pig-headedness prevents you from admitting it.

The things written on this blog about Sudan are ignorant and profess double-standards - Khalid Said is a martyr but Al-Taher Hasaay who was tortured to death for his opposition to Egypt's illegal occupation of Halayeb isn't...

Garang is a hero and he would have won the elections in Sudan if he did not die in Musevini's helicopter.

I guess that Zeinobia should share your IP address to know from where you are sending your replies ....

    You think I care...?

Sudanese are suffereing from the lack of leaders with high IQ

Of course you would say that, it falls in line with the stereotype of us that your media perpetuates...

    Egypt-Sudan relations = epic fail.

    Egypt-Sudan hydro-engagement = epic win-lose situation.

The civilian government that was hijacked by Nasser was not going to allow the High Dam to be built on those terms and the Parliamentary archives provide evidence of that.

The opposition, and particularly the Eastern Front, which is part of the government has been consistently mobilising international opinion towards settling the dispute through international arbitration and their official statements and minutes of their conferences provide evidence of that.

Do you know what those people in hurriyat feel about the 4 Freedoms or Egyptian agricultural investment in Sudan..?

    You know 'nothing' about Sudan...

    Darfur was incorporated by Egypt?

You mean it was incorporated by the British general who rode into Sudan on the back of an Egyptian foot soldier, as Al-Imam AbdelRahman Al-Mahdi said.

FYI Darfur is the region which most supported the Mahdiyya.

When you say you want the Egyptians to give you what you ask for while doing nothing you are implicitly agreeing that what Egypt did and is doing is 'wrong'.

You are morally and logically bankrupt.

And no two States speak of each other in this way in this day and age.

    But wait …
Did we have sovereignty on Halayeb .?? Yes , we did ..
Till when ? From the sixties till 1995 ..!!!
Did we have Sudanese troops in Halayeb & Shalateen ??? Yes , we had …
How many ?? Several hundreds …
What happened in 1995 to provoke ousted Mubarak to engage in Halayeb ?? Should go ask your In-law …
What did the opposition do ?? The usual …nothing…

Just like you being a Khartoum-based Darfuri...

No, you should stick to the points at hand, those made within the context of Sudanese perspectives that touch on things that Egypt is involved with.

As well as not knowing anything about Sudan, you know nothing about Africa where tribalism prevails, even in the Maghreb where people who followed Nasser's bad example suppressed the rights of their indigenous ethnic minorities...

No, civil unrest is not a Sudanese phenomenon, much as it would suit you as an Egyptian to say so...

You have a phobia called "Egyptophobia" ... You know that people are killing each others at an imaginary border in the same country and that families are displaced for more than 5o years and keep talking about your "Phobia" problem...!!!

No country in Africa is in a continous fight from the 20st to the 21st century ..You are the one whi is ignorant about Africa!!!

Egypt/Ethiopia/Eriteria relations are not my priority list , only if my IQ is as little to leave people dying In-house and talking about the fruitfull coperation with a neighboring country and defending a man for his assistance to someone who was agreed upon by all parties to be a tyran thief with his hands full of blood.. Overall , praising the artificial victory and calling it "National" victory...!!

From the above : What is the image that you portray for your OWN people infront of Egyptians who read this blog ?!!

So it is better that You make fun of YOURSELF only and stay NOT Sudanese ...

    Good luck ELSEWHERE ya TAYEB...

      Imaginary border?

Is that why the peoples of Halayeb aren't allowed to travel anywhere and why Sudanese citizens aren't allowed to visit Halayeb?

If anything's imaginary it's the reality you live in.

No country in Africa is in a continuous fight from the 20th to the 21st Century?
Shame on you for not knowing the history of Nile Basin States, then again you're Egyptian so ignorance and delusions of grandeur are your middle names.
      Congo?
      Uganda?
And Somalia and Casamance? (if you even know where that is).

Believe it or not I am not an Egyptophobe (I like the term).

Why Egypt and not Libya or Chad which are also neighbouring States?

The Sudanese had major issues with Libya's dictator who has gone now.

However what have successive generations of Sudanese seen from Muhammad Ali and his dynasty through to Nasser through to Mubarak apart from:

      hijacking our democracies,

rotten, inequitable water deals built on hijacking our democracies,

transboundary water projects that came completely at our expense whilst they still continue to benefit Egypt?

Sudan was the only country in the region to support Egypt during its regional isolation after Camp David.

That Egypt can then take as unprecedented and foolish a step as the unilateral, military occupation of Halayeb whilst Sudan's armed forces were embroiled in the civil war in the South is the biggest insult imaginable to the entire Sudanese nation.

And that Egyptians like you and Zeinobia 'justify' this action and Egypt's 'refusal' to take the dispute to international arbitration just like it did with Israel, adds further insult to injury.

Myself and many other Sudanese like me do not accept how relations have developed between Sudan and Egypt and for the millionth time the examples of:

The 1959 Agreement and the High Dam which benefits Egypt and harms Sudan and,

The illegal, unilateral, military occupation of Halayeb

are clear for all to see.

We Sudanese 'reject' the Egyptian sense of entitlement towards to Sudan whereby Egyptians believe that Sudan is Egypt's strategic agricultural and water reserve.

      Sorry, but no.

What we want are mature relations like those that Japan and South Korea and Japan and China have.

They accept that they have different interpretations of history and engage on a basis of sovereign equality, which is precisely what Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi was looking for before his government was hijacked by the military which........Egypt recognised before any other nation...

What image or should I say stereotype do Egyptians who read this blog have / hold about the Sudanese anyway...?

      Fumbling, unsophisticated, kind-hearted dimwits right?

We're actually doing everyone a favour by voicing our views and giving the readers a dose of reality.

You brought up the 21st Century - get with the times and start accepting different viewpoints.

      No Egyptophobia whatsoever.

Without Egyptian obstinacy and chauvinism which the whole world say during Algeria's match in Khartoum and the insults hurled at Sudan by Egypt's media pillars, whose tone is exactly like the one you use when you call us low IQ...

Without the sense of entitlement that is tolerated by Egyptian to Sudan (from Sufi Abu Taleb to the female agricultural expert Zeinobia keeps posting about)

With the restitution of Halayeb to its rightful situation through the withdrawal of Egyptian troops and the opening of the border (easiest option) or international arbitration and the same level of engagement Egypt gave Israel over the Taba dispute

With the beginning of something positive-sum that flows North to South, such as gas or electricity,

With frank dialogue and engagement and respect of 'the other', none of this 'we' rubbish,

We could actually be 'normal' neighbouring States that can get somewhere.

But mark my words, every time the regime changes in Sudan, and this one is on its knees, Egyptian relations will suffer, and rightfully so.

There must be a framework and paradigm for relations, like Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi stated and we will demand this when the Spring returns to Sudan.

Business as usual from your side is not in your interests.

    3. Zeinobia being neutral and posting your negative replies about her in her blog..

Majority of Egyptians are being positive about the idea of having the largest Sudanese expatriate community in their country (3 to 4 Millions) ..

And , still you are talking about your 19th century and doing nothing positive for the present or the future ... Start with any procedure concerning the High Damn or Halayeb and then start winding if you get to nothing .. No one will give you what you ask for freely just from posting replies over the Internet..

Whenever we wanted to effect change, through the democratic will of the people, Egypt hijacked our democracies...

Even today the official stance of the Eastern Front on Halayeb is a call for international arbitration, identical to the one Egypt had with Israel over Taba.

      What is Egypt's response?

      Refusal.

On the 1959 Agreement our parliamentary archives show that the civilian, democratic government was not going to agree on Nasser's terms, so he supported the first military takeover of power in November 1958 to push his deal through.

The Umma Party is in favour of the Nile Basin Cooperative Framework Agreement, as are the parties in South Sudan and all the Nile Basin, apart from Egypt.

This completely refutes everything you are saying.

We bring your attention to contemporary problems in Sudan-Egypt relations and you refuse to face them.

    Being a woman?

Are you one of those Egyptian misogynists?

Careless about the people who died and are misplaced?

You must be referring to the Africans your troops take pot-shots at at the Israeli border, or the Sudanese who got brutalised and massacred at Mustafa Mahmoud or the Sudanese who are incarcerated and tortured for opposing Egyptian military occupation in Halayeb.

They say simple-minded people reflect themselves on other people and can't accept different points of view and you're a case in point of that.

We don't care about Egypt, the Millennium Dam and our relations with neighbouring Ethiopia are positive-sum and beneficial to us.

It's up to Egypt to fight its own battles with the rest of Africa.

    It's 'waste' not 'waist'.

Yet another conspiracy theory, this time about Qatar?

Qatar has nothing to do with the facts that we have consistently presented on this blog as prime contemporary examples of what is wrong with Sudanese-Egyptian affairs.

Halayeb is not a Centuries old problem.

The High Dam still produces hydropower and has not yet been decommissioned...

Yes please retreat because you have proven incapable of cognitive dialogue.

And your masquerading as a Darfuri is just plain sad.

By the way, many of those brutalised and murdered in cold blood in Mustafa Mahmoud were from Darfur, just like those who are sniped down on the Egyptian-Israeli border.

But being Egyptian, min 3ala wish il-dinya as you guys say in your accent, you can't appreciate anything Sudanese.

The consensus in Sudan is that the Millennium Dam will be beneficial to us, unlike Egypt's High Dam.
