I am back again , after being away for four days , believe it or not I missed the Internet and my blog still the view of the sea made me forget them for while , yes I did not swim in it this time because the black flag was hanged , nor I did swim in the swimming pools because children kept screaming there for no freaking reason , I mean why do they scream ?? I don't know really

Still I had the chance to put my feet in the sea , it was so chilling and beautiful ,I had a book the fourth part of the Original Arabian Nights and my Ipod which I forgot its charger in Cairo

I took lots of photos there mainly for the sea in the North Coast, insh Allah soon I will upload it to flickr but now I don't know why I feel so sleepy ,I mean I did no drive but I am kind of the people who stay awake all the way along ,so I did not sleep from exactly Marakia to Lebanon square ,when I came home I fall sleep from 5 PM to 4 AM!! The problem was that every time I try to open my eyes I feel that someone is closing them

anyhow I am back again ............

When Egyptians Hit the roads

I do not know why We the Egyptians when they hit the road for summer vacation they seem to like to take everything in the house ,I mean just look at these photos in the way to Alexandria

 

Anyhow I should not say that because insh Allah I am hitting the road tomorrow as early as possible for the north coast , for some days and that's why I will be absent for awhile no email ,no blog nothing at all and that's why I canceled the moderation of the comments so please keep it clean

The autumn wind of change in Egypt

It seems that very soon we are going to have very important political changes in Egypt , these expected political changes are predicted to be the big last moves in the inheritance process from the father to the son , of course here I mean father Hosni Mubarak to the Son Gamal Mubarak , this is what expected by all political analysts .

There are two changes that are going to happen very soon , the first change is the Nazif Cabinet  and the second change is the elections of the leadership in the NDP

We will start first with the elections of the NDP ,it is going to happen in from August to September just before the 9th conference of the ruling in November 2007

This is biggest elections in the history of the party and it is the first time they are going to have internal elections for the leadership of the party , the elections are for the positions of the leadership whether in the central level or in the party units level across the country ,to make it easy for you here is the in English the party organizational structure

For sure it is big and huge and we will see a big battle whether between the old and the new guards or between the rivals who fight on the same place

All the wise people in Egypt know that these huge elections are just the last step before the inheritance process completes , where all the men of the new era,the men of GM take their places ,the expected and most anticipated change will be in the central level ,it goes as follows Gamal Mubarak becomes the general secretary instead of Safwat El-Sherif , already Gamal is a member in the general secretary office of the party and the head of the policy committee , this would be the last step before taking the place of his father , the head of the party , it will be very obvious , still I don't how he will cross the other two senior members before him Mofid Shahab and Zechariah Azami

This is the first major expected change with the scenario most people believe that will take place

The second major change will be the anticipated ministerial change ,it started as rumors , and usually people got sick from the news about the close ministerial change that never takes place and even if it does it won't be as they want , it is what the regime wants , but this time it seems that it is more than rumors , the proof at least for me is two indicators

First the official newspapers and journalists close to the party who are all speaking about this ministerial changes with speculations about who is going to stay and who is going to leave , of course the independent newspapers speak more about these speculations with names of the misfortunate ones who are going to leave ,the lucky ones who are going to stay and the very lucky ones who are going to come , the interesting thing that the names of the misfortunate ones this time ,most newspapers agreed upon surprisingly this time , it seemed that all sources are definite those misfortunate ministers are not going to ministers after all "I will speak about these names later in other posts"

The second strong indicator is the Egyptian State decision to run the current minister of culture Farouk Hosni for the general secretary of UNESCO position decision ,the biggest unaccepted surprise of all times, the man survived many ministerial changes ,survived many scandals and criticism that made people believe it was impossible to see him outside the Cabinet  "Again I will speak about him later in another separate post"

As I said this decision means that his chair will be empty and will need to be full ,it can be a short ministerial change as some would say , Hosni Goes ,"X" will come , but no not with all that strong talk ,no there will be a very big change ,more wider to include the prime minister himself

The third big fearful change which many are expecting to take place will be in November 2007 in the 9th conference of the NDP from the 3rd to the 5th

This will be after the result of the general elections of the NDP , with the new faces in their new positions and old faces are out of the game

The big expected change is that Mubarak leaves the leadership of the NDP , now he is the head of the party ,some are expecting that he will leave his position for the reasons of health and old age ,if that happen then the next big move of the inheritance process will take place by promoting Gamal to his place or at least the position of the deputy of the party and this will be the beginning of the presidential Apocalypse ladies and gentlemen

already the current vice-president or head or what ever they call it in the NDP are Youssef Wali for the internal affairs,who is absent for 3 years now , some say that he is in the United States and this may be true , the ex-agriculture minister should leave otherwise he will find himself in jail, and Mustafa Kamal Halim , for the external affairs who was very old ,older than Mubarak ,already this man seemed too old when he was the minister of education when my aunt was in the secondary stage "high school"

the same way they are expected either to leave their position just like Mubarak or one of them will be promoted to the head just on papers , not only them but the other 7 faces in the leadership committees from the very old guards,these faces like Amal Othman and Fathy Sorror  who were and are in the service of the NDP for decades now will have to be loyal for the new heir "already they are" and to his men like Ahmed Ezz and leave without a problem

I believe all those changes in the NDP are made to avoid any constitutional problems if Mubarak passes away just like what had happened in Syria

 Again these are future scenarios and speculations ,fearful black one for sure ,but Still Allah is merciful with this country and like the Arabic wise proverb

You want ,I want and Allah does what "SWT" wants

They plan too much for the future forgetting there are other variables including they do not own the future , including the army ,including the people

Will this madness stop ??

Today I found very disturbing sad news in Al-Dostor daily that a 13 12 years old kid was dead in Mansoura after being released from the police station where he was held for interrogation in a shoplifting crime ,exactly for tea !!

The family of the late kid accused the police of torturing the boy to the level that caused his death and so they presented an official complain against the police forces

The kid "Mohamed Mamdouh Abd El-Aziz" 13 12 years old was arrested after being suspect along his elder brother of shoplifting from some local store "shop may be the best description",already he was not accused but a suspect , he was arrested from 10 days ago

On Thursday the police informed his family to come and get him from the main Police Station in the city where they found him in a very bad shape that they had to transfer him to the hospital for treatment where he died hours later , according to the family in its statement to Reuters

According to the family which was hosted on TV on Dream TV2 10 PM said that the Police tried to get the kid in to several hospital after his condition went from bad to worse , when all the hospitals refused to accept him ,two constables took him to the bus station in the city to find some microbus going to his village where they can leave him there , they found one of the drivers who knew him and thus they left the kid for him , the kid arrived to his home ,his body and physical condition was terrible , few hours and he passed away

Now thank God on the Mobile Camera phones in Egypt as those simple villagers filmed the kid when he was in his bed in the village and it was terrible footage that made rush in to my computer , the kid looked so thin , so sick ,in his back there were those marks which I can not say what they were because of the light, the villagers from his neighbors had seen and they were terrified from they had seen

The mother of boy is broken and request the just punishment

I forgot to tell you that after the report from the village was air , Mona El-Shazely , the host of the show said that the Police should be respected and Merciful and it seemed that this made the assistant of the interior minister to the law affairs saw her and went mad that he called her on air after another report attacking the media and defending the police , he seemed so angry , well he should be angry from the media ,he should be angry from his officers

I forgot to tell you that the interior ministry issued an official statement they know already what they made and they wanted to defend themselves , they said that the boy was 15 years old not 12 years old and that he was accused in some charge that sent him to prison for two months yet he escaped and so they had to arrest , when he was arrest he fell sick ,so sick that they sent him to the hospital "the international hospital in Mansoura !!" Of course they said that the forensic report that the kid did not die from torture but from respiratory failure !!

I think I was not biased like the General who always attack the media or the bloggers described the media , but of course I think I am free enough to say in my blog that I don't buy this official statement because I saw the mobile phone footage ,it is terrible

The kid turned to be beaten badly and was electrified in his body especially his genitals not to mention the cigarettes burns in his body ,in other words ,the kid was tortured to death to confess that he stole some merchandise for couple of pounds !! 

13 12 years kid , this is too much and this must stop

I do not know if those who did this to him thought for one second that they got kids like him !!

For Shoplifting !! and he was not accused damn it , he was only a suspect

I don't know if I should say the following or not but

Do you know that in the very hard economic days where people are suffering from huge poverty ,Islamic Sharia does not punish theft !!??

Do you know that Prophet Mohamed "PBUH" Said the following:

"People are cursed who punish the poor for theft and leave the rich if he steals "

Seriously 12 years old kid , until when this ill treatment and brutality will continue !!?? until when this sadistic police officers will know that those people are just as humans like them , sorry they think they are over the people !!

This is not good for them before us , they are creating one huge gap ,people are starting to fear and hate them more and more ,come on it is enough now that Egyptians families think twice before they let their daughters marry police officers !!

I do not know what those officers felt when they know the kid had died because they wanted him to confess that he had stole couple of pounds ,is it worth ??

May Allah damn them and give Patience to the mother of that kid

Ok and who will be the calipah ??

Hizb El-Tahrir yesterday made a big conference in Jakarta Indonesia gathering about 80,000 of its supporters in one of the stadiums making the media in the east and west open its mouth oh boy what is the story of this so-called Islamist party especially with its call to return for the Islamic Caliphate again??!!

This is fine but one question who will the Caliph , I mean they did not say ,they just want the Caliph ,but who will unite one billion Muslim across the world under his rule ??

I mean they did not say ,in all the attempts to revive the Caliphate in the modern time whether in Turkey with Caliph Abd El-Hamid II and the hopes of Mustafa Pasha Kamel to stand against the British occupation by reviving the Ottoman empire and in the wishes of King Farouk when he thought that he was the king of the Muslims and thus let his bread to grow and his sister marry the future Emperor of Iran to re-unite the Muslims,the main idea there was one figure to gather the Muslims under his rule , where as those guys are still wishing to have it, just wishing ,I mean I read about their political believes and I believe they are some how dreaming ,playing with the young people emotions and strangely they are attacking the west day and night and its democracy while their main power comes from their activities and supporters in Europe!! It does not make sense

In Egypt this party is banned after the Police arrested several members trying to make a coup in Egypt,it was a famous trial as there were British young men caught among them as far as I remember

Look I am 100% with the Islamic Unity just like Arabic unity , my idea is that we can be just like the EU , independent countries with its own sovereignty having the same vision and aim gathered with lots common of characteristics from language to religion to traditions and customs than the EU but not the idea of the Caliph , already historically the only correct Caliphate system was the Rashidun where as the other Caliphates theological are not correct as they based upon monarchy at least this is what I think

Prophet Mohamed "PBUH" said that we know better about our matter of life and here matters of life are not connected to Religion but the daily routine life like in politics

Every time has its own requirements and the Muslim world now does not need a centralized rule more than something like EU ,more than they need democracy , the word that these guys in that party believe that it is something unacceptable in Islam because the word is western , despite its concept was there in the early Islamic days

Look this party found many supporters in Counties like Indonesia and others in Asia because young people there are young ambitious Muslims who found themselves ruled by dictatorship ,poverty and weakness while we got that great history in the past ,Strangely all these countries were not among the Caliphate historically

My Zazzle panel design

well I thought I would give it a shoot to try these online design shops , and if you have a sharp eye you will notice that I put an ad for Cafe press in the sidebar ,I tried it made a gallery there , but it did not work , already I do not like the idea that you only have one design for the single shop and if you want more than you have to purchase the pro-account

Anyhow I found this new service Zazzle , I came by accident to it and I was so impressed by the options they give whether for design or the ease of use

and so in some spare time I tried to upload some of my designs"wow my designs big words" ,with little help of some words ,I made couple of things and here they are "I won't get any money from it because Egypt is not included in their country list ,I don't know but I said I will give it a try , I like to try new things"
